She asked for the pom cut that I wanted done, and that's it, he was ready to leave mama to go to his new groomer, what a little traitor I let her know that he has very high energy, and I was afraid he'd be difficult to cut. I anticipated that his hair will come out uneven, because my dog can't sit still for the life of him. I was pleasantly susurprised, and very pleased with how they've managed to give him a nice cut! They do all scissor cuts, very nice, and professional. Their prices are the best around with the amount of services they give to your babies. Definitely my new go to! The prescription was granted. When I showed up to pick it up I was told that they couldn't give it to me unless I brought the dog in for an appointment (roughly $70). She gets prescribed the same medication every time we bring her in so it's nothing new. If you are not going to prescribe a medication without seeing the dog then say that over the phone. Now our dog gets to suffer for the next 5 days until clinics open back up. We will not be bringing our animals back to this place.

He's lost some since bc of our lack of follow through, but when we get serious with him, he quickly remembers his training (almost two years later). Because of his young age, they loved on him a lot and let him stay in quieter place than their kennel building. When he is boarded, they always do refresher training.
