I had a plan to chop off some bleached parts that were super grown out at the ends. She was at Salon Blue in Hacienda Heights and, after everyone else there disappointed me, I tried Gaby out and haven't stopped seeing her since. My mom and I go. We both have fine, thin hair. My mom's tends to be frizzy and mine usually lifeless and straight. My mom gets highlights and lowlights. I usually just get a cut/style and extensions. Color: sometimes it's a hit or miss but Gaby always fixes it. She will ask and ask and ask if that is how you want it. Cut: Once, like 4 years ago, she gave my mom too many layers and she looked like a mushroom head. We told her and it never happened again and now we laugh about it. I'm always happy with my cut. Again, she will ask and ask and ask if you're happy with it. She takes her time. Styling: she doesn't rush. She puts product in your hair, asks if you're going anywhere special that day, how you want it, if you want it straight or curled or blow dried full and voluminous, etc. If you're in a rush, she will get her team to surround you and there's like three curling irons on your head and you're out quick! Fast! Extensions: I AM SO HAPPY WITH EXTENSIONS FROM NEW LOOK SALON. I've had them sewn, braided in and glued. No matter what, they've always been great!
