One asked me if I wanted to take the drinks downstairs then another started pouring old drinks into the jugs, so there went that idea. They also have a fun sports section where you can "dive" into a pool of foam, play basketball and dunk with the trampolines, or just play with bouncy balls. Then there's a section for an obstacle course that is the blow up kind. They do have a small concession with snacks (no hot food) and drinks such as slurpees. There are also candy stands that you can fill up little containers with candy. We did this but the candy didn't taste so great at all. There are $2 machines for little toys too but many of them were out of service. There are lockers for your stuff and bathrooms of course. The birthday party section has cubbyholes for the party kids boots and jackets, tables for food that you can bring in, and balloons. There are also lockers for you to store your things if you're coming not with a birthday party. The staff there were a lot of younger people which is cool but I found they all congregated together a lot and didn't really "supervise" the stations much. I also found them to be a bit rude when we were checking in which I didn't care much for. The manager was very nice I did briefly chat with her as we were leaving and she seemed great. Bummer experience, Due to extreme darkness and melancholy country music that played throughout our visit. We enjoy country, but the evening was filled with slow jams, not reminiscent of a fun family night out.... not what we thought we were signing up for. One employee stated the music was the morning cleaning crews choice. Another staff member stated the manager had the password to change the music, despite an inquiry, three hours into our excursion and upon our departure the melancholy music remained. We ordered several menu items, drinks which were mediocre. We made the best of an unfortunate situation, DISMAL. Looking forward to booking with another Alley in the future.

Sooo many obstacles to try and I felt safe in my harness. The lesson to use the harness was fantastic and really easy - didn't catch/pinch my fingers at all. Wish staff were on the higher levels more often as we could not figure out how to work the unicycle but no staff in sight. 2 hours was perfect as by then we were physically exhausted. We did use the full 2 hours. We came exactly at opening hour and was totally worth it as we didn't have to wait for others to use the obstacles and didn't feel rushed. If you buy a ticket there is a bathroom in the campground you can use (need to buy a ticket so they tell you the bathroom code) before you climb. Lockers are quite small (but free) so leave what you can in the car - lots of parking, and it is free! Creekside Eats in the same park was really tasty and had tons of really nice outdoor seating. Our ticket (buy a ticket = get a discount to the other attractions) also came with a 15% discount on target golf which was so much fun too! (worth getting the unlimited buckets for 1 hour).

Maybe they didn't even snap the photos we asked them to. Staff looked bored and were not attentive. So it was hard to get their attention to take our photo. So I wonder if they even did. Also there was one person who had fallen from the monkey bars. He was just hanging there. His friends were trying to get help but nobody around. I finally found someone. He was on the same level too. Just not paying attention sadly.

Love that you pay for a length of time instead of a certain value of coins/tokens/etc. Of course sugar and pop galore, but also surprisingly healthy food options. I let the kids share the cards because it's just easier that way. We took a break after 30 mins of play and ordered a medium cheese pizza and 2 drinks. The cost was about $30 for that. The pizza was able to feed 4 little kids which was awesome. The pizza is a thin crust and super tasty. It's definitely made fresh and the kids devoured it. There was also an employee walking around with a schwack of cotton candy bags and a debit machine. She was selling the bags for $4 each and what a great idea! Overall the kids had a blast here and highly recommend coming here with your kids!
