Thirsty robots needs robots!…read more It's Saturday and we head in about 30 minutes after they open. We are going to be at least 12 people. My daughters volleyball team is meeting up for lunch with their families before we head to a local tournament. Now- We go to breweries ALL the time. We haven't really faced this issue before but: they only had 2 people working and had 2 really small ovens. They cannot handle the demand of people or food orders. It took about an hour for us to receive a mac and cheese, a pizza, an order of pierogi's and a quesadilla. My husbands food never hit the table (a chicken, bacon, ranch wrap.) Other families who ordered right after us- it took an hour and 20 minutes to get the food. Pizza- My family said it was ok Pierogi's- (potato & cheese) was there any cheese in it? A lot of potato (pro tip: ask for some liquid cheese served with the pretzels for dipping!) Mac & Cheese- they put nutmeg in it. my opinion: nutmeg doesn't belong in mac & cheese. quesadilla- (cheese) HUGE portion! extra crispy cheese on the edges. I like this style! Then... the line! This is the food ordering, beer ordering and bill pay line. My husband was in line for over 15 minutes to pay the bill. I actually don't even know exactly how long because I had to leave him there to pay while I got the kids to the tournament! It's got a decent location, good size, cool little outdoor area, cool art on the walls and their food was decent but they just can't handle a crowd. Underprepared.

I took my son to the new location this past weekend to try out the food. We ordered takeout. We…read moreordered the chicken fajita pizza and the fried goat cheese. This experience already started out poorly when the chef came bursting out of the kitchen to scream at the waitress who took our order. Apparently they were out of fried goat cheese. I ordered the steak and cheese egg rolls instead. That left a bad taste in my mouth to say the least seeing as he would be the one making our food. We had a soda and a cocktail while we waited for our food. The waitress is the only reason I'm giving this place any stars because she was kind and pleasant to interact with. The food took a while to come out and the establishment was not busy. When we got home the pizza looked lackluster. It was supposed to be a chicken fajita pizza but had banana peppers on it instead of bell peppers. The pizza was not good and we did not even eat half of it. The egg rolls were greasy and not flavorful. You would be much better off going to another pizza restaurant in town. This is our second time visiting the new location and the first time trying the food. We will not be back.

This place is an absolute dump and rip-off. They'll charge you one price for a drink and then the…read moresecond one will be $5 different and they have no reason for it. There is way better around here. Just stay away. $17 for any kind of mixed drink in Fitchburg is absolutely stupid.

What a true Irish pub! Loved the atmosphere and the friendly staff!…read more Brussel sprouts were unique and delicious! Sweet savory combo bacon, fig jam, apples and crispy sprouts. The flavors danced on your tongue. Wished we had a few more sprouts. The Cuban Ruben was also a delicious flavor combo. I expected the sandwich to be warm but it was cold. The house made corned beef was perfection (lean, no fat and super flavorful)(wished for a tad more) slaw, fresh homemade pickles all very fresh and delicious! Don't pass on the house made chips, salt & vinegar. These were a delight! We loved it there and will definitely be back. The place had a great crowd and clearly a favorite for many locals. Many local options but this one did not disappoint!

My friend and I were in the area but are not from CT. We saw their menu that they had a beef…read moreWellington and at the very end of the description it said "deconstructed" so I called to check with that meant. The hostess, who was on was very new, and I don't think she fully understood what I was asking. She ended up telling me that, Yes it was a normal beef Wellington. Cool, so excited, don't see those often. We get there, I order it because I already asked for clarification and didn't think I'd need to ask a second time. As we were waiting for our food, I saw some dishes come out from the table across from us and the waitress said, "Here is your beef Wellington". I realized that it was a concept of beef Wellington, but not a traditional beef Wellington, which is what I'd been worried about. We hadn't seen our server in a while so I went over to the bar and let them know that I wanted to cancel my order because it just wasn't what I wanted and the price tag was $60. I've been willing to pay that if it was what I had my heart set on, but it wasn't. They said they would cancel it. In a little bit, someone then came over, not our waitress, to tell me that I will be charged half of the price of the beef Wellington because I canceled it and it was already made. And of course, I was not OK with that. I once again explained to them that I had called and asked if it was a traditional beef Wellington and was told that yes it was. They said that the hosts are not trained on the menu so they cannot answer questions on them. I then asked what is the point of having someone who is untrained on the menu answer your phones because sometimes people are going to ask questions before they choose to come to a restaurant. I refused to pay the $30, she stated she would have to call the manager back because the manager was not on premises that day and see what she could do. In the meantime, they brought out the beef Wellington that they made and tried to entice me to eat it and I of course said no thank you. Finally, they told me I didn't have to pay. I ordered the stew appetizer. It was very small but tasty, and I was pretty hungry at that point so I'm glad I ordered it. Not sure I'd try this place again, but maybe if I lived closer. Not having a manager on premises really made it tough, it was a massive waiting game to get an answer, and I've never heard of a place blame the customer for their knowledge gaps. I definitely will not be going out of my way to come here again.
