they are the only Nail salon that do today's trendy nail here in the North bay.Classique&Chante thank you for a great 1st time experience.I felt like I knew them a long time and I was very satisfied with my nails ... Found a customer in me. I look forward to next time

I wanted a nail salon where I could enjoy the atmosphere and conversation AND get a great service. The nail art is world-class, Really no other way to describe it. This is above and beyond any Pinterest account, professional custom art like nothing you'll find. I am pretty conservative with my nails due to my employment, but I have started getting accent nails and I love what they've done for me. I like to go to different artists each time because it's fun to see the different styles and enjoy the conversations. If you go here you'll be happy, the only thing I miss is the pedicure massage chair. You sit in a nice pretty chair ... but no massage. That said, I'll trade the chair for the quality of the work in a heartbeat! Also, prices are reasonable for the quality.

    I LOVE her work!

Classic is the best in the business!!!!!!! She is amazing and extremely talented and creative. She doesn't just do your nails and rush through them. She's like a nail goddess lol. Love her and all her ideas. I just told her the colors I wanted "Black and gold" and she had a different design on every finger. It came out amazing and I was getting compliments left and right! Your nails will last a long time too! The place shes at is beautiful and comfortable.

I have never seen a better nail artist. If you can imagine it, Classic can do it. She is worth waiting for a booking.

I worked for Avalon in both admissions and leadership roles and ultimately left because the…read moreorganization's values no longer aligned with my own. The most significant challenge was what I perceived as a disconnect between leadership expectations and the realities of campus operations. Admissions teams were often expected to meet aggressive enrollment goals while managing constantly shifting priorities, limited resources, and inconsistent communication. Much of my role involved translating unclear or reactive direction into something representatives could realistically execute. In my experience, enrollment volume was prioritized more heavily than retention, student preparedness, and long-term student success. This created confusion around performance expectations and what outcomes were truly valued. I observed situations where high enrollment numbers appeared to receive greater recognition than efforts focused on retention, student readiness, and long-term outcomes. I also observed inconsistencies in recognition, advancement opportunities, compensation practices, workload distribution, and communication that negatively impacted morale. Many talented employees worked extremely hard to support students and improve operations, but feedback and recommendations from frontline staff often seemed to go unaddressed despite recurring challenges. Another concern was the culture within leadership. Rather than fostering collaboration, there were times when competition, poor communication, and uneven information sharing created unnecessary tension between teams and departments. This often resulted in employees acting as intermediaries rather than being empowered to work together directly and effectively. I frequently felt that organizational decisions were driven more by enrollment growth and financial objectives than by educational outcomes, student preparedness, retention, or long-term student success. I also felt that the perspectives of employees with direct experience working with students and campus operations were not given sufficient consideration when key decisions were made. I also experienced and observed workplace interactions that I perceived as insensitive and, at times, discriminatory. As a biracial woman, there were comments and situations that made me uncomfortable and caused me to question whether all employees were being treated with the same level of respect and professionalism. These experiences negatively impacted my sense of belonging within the organization. Additionally, I had concerns regarding how employee complaints and sensitive matters were handled. In my experience, confidentiality was not always maintained in a manner that fostered trust, which made employees hesitant to raise concerns or provide honest feedback. While I cannot speak to everyone's experience, I personally experienced interactions that I perceived as dismissive, demeaning, and unprofessional. Over time, this contributed significantly to my decision to leave. I genuinely care about career education and the students these schools serve. There are many dedicated campus employees throughout the organization who work hard every day to support students and help them achieve their goals. However, I believe the company would benefit from placing greater emphasis on student outcomes, retention, employee development, transparency, accountability, and stronger alignment between leadership decisions and campus realities. Pros: Dedicated coworkers, meaningful work with students, valuable admissions and leadership experience. Cons: Heavy emphasis on enrollment metrics, inconsistent communication, frequent shifts in priorities, limited recognition of employee contributions, concerns regarding workplace culture and confidentiality, and a disconnect between leadership and day-to-day operations, main focus being securing the 20+ grand from students for tuiton and not actual education.

I came for a blowout, and right off the bat, it was evident that the trainee was not experienced with blowouts on long hair. However, I had no issues with the trainee itself. The trainer would come here and there to give some pointers, but after the wash and comb through, the trainee spent several minutes on one small section of hair while we were almost an hour into the appointment. While the trainer was there, I politely asked if it would be possible to complete the blowout in 30 minutes, as I had to be somewhere. This was on me because I have longer-than-average hair, and I should have double-checked while making the appointment. I was told that it would take about an hour when I made the appointment. The trainer got super defensive and stated that I was asking for too much, and this would technically be an $80+ blow out (my blowouts at traditional salons have never been $80+). I was surprised as to why he was so offended when I only politely asked and even offered to come back at a later time, as they close at 3 pm. Nonetheless, my event was postponed, and I was able to stay for longer, but the trainer ended up doing the blowout while the student watched. What I don't understand is why the students are made to do the service independently when they do not have much experience. The trainee was very sweet, and I understand that they were trying their best. It was overall a strange experience, and I don't think I will go back again. The results were just okay, and the curls did not last through the day.

Zack said it was like learning from a friend. I was so impressed with how well he was doing after the first three sessions. He would drive and I wasn't afraid at all. (This is a huge difference from when I first let him behind the wheel!) Lewis and I were able to talk and he told me everything that Zack needed to work on. We put several hours in on the road between driving lessons to work on those things and I could see Zack's confidence increasing every day Only one session needed rescheduling due to Lewis not feeling well, but that wasn't an issue at all. The test was during the final session Monday night and due to the top notch instruction received, my son passed! We were able to go the DMV yesterday and get his license with no hoops to jump through! I am so happy with Arizona Driver Training Academy that I will use them again when my other son is ready to start his journey. I would highly recommend using this school available in Casa Grande as well as Mesa!

A week goes by and no one called, I called back and he said she would get in contact to schedule. I received a text on December 11 and the first appointment was a month away. The second appointment she cancelled 1.5 hours before the appointment and said it was too windy. I took video of the wind in case it was necessary and it was not too windy. I explained I work nights and it's hard when last minute cancels take place and asked if this happens often and she said no. Then after the second lesson she said it would be best if my daughter did 1 hour lessons instead of 2. I said ok because I am not a teacher and I don't know. Towards the end of her lessons I notice Chamille still doesn't know how to drive during my practices with her and explained that I think the 1 hour lessons was a mistake because by the time she gets use to it it's time to turn around and go home. She also hasn't been on 1 freeway or really any real streets with the exception of 1 time. So never taught parallel parking, never taught how to make a u turn and never been on a real freeway at this point. She agreed to do 2 2 hour lessons at the end to make this correct and I agreed. She then cancelled the first one and said she was sick, she then cancelled the second one and said she was still sick. When I text back that these lessons had been dragging on for 3 months she had the nerve to yell at me and say the next 2 dates for the lesson. She showed up and took Chamille on the freeway and just like I thought Chamille started finally learning how to drive. She showed up for her last appointment and they left. When they were almost 30 min late I wondered what happened, they show up and my daughter looked upset and she said she tested her during her lesson and she failed. I immediately was furious and said why would you test her without talking to me first to make sure she was ready?! She said she told Chamille, which Chamille said she thought it was a practice test and she didn't even know. This whole experience was absolutely horrendous and stressful and I can't see how this is legal or even ok to treat people this way. 3 months and she just now got on a freeway 1 day before her test?! I want at the very least my money back so I can hire a new driver to get this done with, an apology would be nice as well but I'll settle for a refund. I attached the correspondence between her and I all via text and no place does it state her test would be included in the last lesson or anything like that. Thank you Sandra Lynn Craig
