Still haven't resolved the hot water cutting out in the guest bathroom. There are a million cracks in the stucco because they used the cheapest they could. Of course, the builder warranty was expired even though it's only been 5 years. This kind of crap shouldn't be happening already. Also, be sure to measure your vehicles because trucks DO NOT FIT IN THE GARAGE and the covenants do not allow carports. Two vehicle doesn't mean any vehicle. That was a hard lesson that I consider deceptive trade. I would run in the opposite direction if I ever saw a home had been built by Winton. NEVER AGAIN!

They would do subpar work and unfortunately we had to hire concrete guys to redo the mess they did initially. Had to rehire painters to redo their messes again.
