I also had to ask multiple times for her to work on my heels a bit more. She acted as if she was bothered to do so. I was charged $70 for my very quick, very rushed, very unprofessional service. (Like I said, it lasted about 10 minutes.) Then I sat and waited for 45 minutes for the other two people in our group to get their pedicures. Only 3 of the 4 people got polish, but we were all charged full price. Upon checkout, they would not take a credit card even though it is clearly displayed on the door as an accepted form of payment. They would only accept Zelle or cash, which we didn't have. Then suddenly they were able to accept Venmo. Total bill was $300 which included a tip. We will not go back and will be finding another place for regular, ongoing appts. My suggestion is that you skip this location and find another one that appreciates your business and doesn't compromise on the treatment you're paying for.

I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. Vicki is the first stylist I've ever had that understood how to properly cut thick, wavy/curly hair; it looks amazing! She also performs various color services, and those always turned out great, as well. She's not afraid to (politely) tell you that your idea won't work well; I had a couple of color and cut requests that she gently explained wouldn't work with my skin tone, hair type, and face shape. I've been going here for a couple years and have had a couple friend switch to coming here as well. I highly recommend it. Most of the stylists have a strong client base, because they are good, so I recommend calling in advance for an appointment if you're a new client.
