We called a few weeks after the finished the job about a leak and he sent his son Matthew over to investigate. Matthew left a huge hole in the wall and to avoid working with them ago I just never called them back. I now have to get this bathroom remodeled yet again after paying this company top dollar. Between both wanting to preserve our over 100 year old original floors and also not having the money to totally replace them anyway, Mr. Sandless was our savior. Since no sanding is required our floors were buffed and re-sealed, allowing them to easily have many more years of life ahead. Pricing was fair and consistent by room, and all I had to do was move furniture (which they offered to do for a small fee). It was honestly much easier and faster than I ever expected. Dakota who worked on my house was also amazing! Really focused and spoke to me at each major milestone letting me know what he did, how it helps the floors, and how much time was left. There was also no damage to my walls and floor moulding whatsoever! NOTE: Please talk to this company and read their website about how their process works. Without sanding this type of floor service is not going to get out large gashes, floor rot or major stains/discoloration. They do offer staining and can do so to even things out however their process is best suited for floors that need to be cleaned, buffed, resealed, and brought to life again. If you tell them what you want the floors to look like they will be very transparent confirming what things will look like when they are done.
