As we were not home on Friday (which we had told them), there was no way of us knowing that the team had been there. We received no call, no note, nothing to indicate that someone had come to our house and climbed on top of our roof. The man who my mother spoke with today was rude and condescending and essentially blamed my mother for not know that his team had already been to our house. We have absolutely no way of knowing that someone was actually here and no way of know that they actually fixed the problem this time.
