Her house was sinking towards one corner, and their recommendation was for perimeter, exterior piles on one side. The bid was high, so I told her to request a second bid, and went to meet with the 2nd contractor (half the cost for the same solution), and we looked at the situation further. The issue was not from the footings sinking, but from the sill plates (1-1/2" thick) rotting (the initial builder had not use pressure treated sills contacting the concrete stem wall). Both contractors initially guessed the footings had settled... they had not. As with any builder, lawyer, doctor, etc.. it is wise to understand the situation to discuss with them, or with a friend that has a knowledge. All of us are making our best assumption...

Left Tristan to calk/seal cracks.. What a Clown.. I had to physically go out 4 SEPARATE times and show him what he missed,was in-completed,or not filled. Said need to come back TODAY 1-14-26 finish filling cracks that were wet. I walked drive and sidewalk showed Tristan what needed to be done..I went to meeting,came home 2:30PM, Tristan STEPPED into an area filled,missed the area of where driveway and lower sidewalk had been lifted,so disgusted DID NOT even check rest of assigned work..This Tristan is a detriment to your company says he is going to do it and is unable to do work as set in contract..VERY SAD.... Jimmy,Luke, AND Stephen all are commendable in what they said and did...

Horribly rude and disrespectful. I called to inquire about an inspection. Within a few words of me…read moreexplaining what I'm looking for he talked over the top of me and starts explaining to me a completely irrelevant situation. He goes on for awhile before I interject and tell him he's misunderstood. I get about 4 words in again and he does the same thing. Completely refuses to listen to a full sentence but is happy to rant manically about what he thinks the topic of discussion is. I respectfully tell him again that he's misunderstood me and I'm happy to explain briefly if he's willing to listen without interrupting. He said he's not interested. I find it hard to understand how he thinks he knows what I'm about to say when I got a total of less than 2 sentences in while he spoke for about 5 minutes of completely irrelevant info. If he was too busy or not interested he should've sent me to voicemail or politely explained without hatefully wasting my time.

They completely remediated our crawl space of extensive mold and fungal growth. They removed debris and trash in the crawl space that was left over from previous contractors. They installed a vapor barrier throughout entire crawl space. They repaired/replaced several floors joists and portions of the rim & sill plate. J.R. provided all his paperwork (certification, etc.) when he came to do the initial estimate. His honesty and professionalism were a welcome breath of fresh air.
