When it comes to elementary, middle school and through sophomore year.. I feel they try to take the worst pictures possible. Kid literally sits down and the picture is taken immediately. Zero stars. I don't know why the high school uses this company. The pictures are bad and mediocre from previous school pictures purchases. So when we are told to pay $45 for a sitting fee, that's where it's so ridiculous. The graduating class is more than 600 students. Plus they already take pictures for the entire school and make us pay a studio where we make it convenient and we drive to them. How about do families a favor a take pictures when it's registration at school and allow them to save money without a sitting fee? They claim and justify the $45 fee as saving money when you purchase a senior bundle on the day of your appt. The bundle alone is $140 for 2 poses. I'm not paying for pictures that aren't great. This business is a joke and a rip off. No thanks! read more

Right now I am melting over our daughter's pre-school graduation portrait by Classic Image Photography in Cerritos. They took pictures at her school on March 20th and we received them (via her teacher) today, April 19th. The girl is very photogenic and maintains any pose you tell her to, but Classic Image captured so much in a single photo. It helped that they had clean props and a backdrop of a studious nature. Even the 2018 on the tassel is hanging nicely in her photo. When she graduates from high school, we'll definitely show her these & hope she's still her charming sweet self. Had an amazing experience for my daughters senior pics today. It was a little crowded when we first came in but from the start everyone was very welcoming and pleasant. I must say JOHN is EXCELLENT. He literally went above and beyond. Having a girl is a bit more stressful, worrying about their hair in every shot. John took his time and always made sure my daughter looked her best. Arrived at 9:55AM. Studio opens at 10AM.Had an 10:00AM appointment for Senior pictures. Why are we still sitting here at 10:30AM? Others must have had 10AM appointments too (on school flyer it stated appointments would be limited per day due to Covid) because they called 3 or 4 boys before my daughter. I was under impression that there wouldn't be so many people in the studio. At 10:30 a representative came out to tell us he's going to set some stuff up and then call her in? Seemed unsure. Just glad we didn't have other appointments for the day. Hope the portraits are awesome for the basic package of $148! If it weren't for the fact that we had to use this photographer for the yearbook photo, we would have had my brother in law take her pictures. read more

My step son had his senior photos taken here. When we were there I asked that they remove all his mothers info because I didn't want my photos mailed to her home. Well the photos have been missing for quite a while. I called the studio and they said they were delivered but they don't know where. Well come to find out they went to my husbands ex house and now half the photos I purchased are missing. We are going through horrible custody issues and this was avoidable. This is a wonderful studio! St. Joseph's high school hired this studio to take our senior pictures and it was a pleasant experience for both my daughter and myself. I had a great experience at this studio. A few weeks ago while I was in California visiting, my friend told me about this studio. So I decided to go get photographed. The staff was very friendly and there was no waiting for the photographer. The studio was warm and inviting. They have a very nice dressing room with a full length mirror and a place to hang clothes. There was also touch up makeup and hairspray which came in handy. The photographer was a real pro and very creative. She did some cool things with lighting, backgrounds, and poses. She was awesome! She had a way of making me feel very important and beautiful. I felt at ease right away. The packages are reasonably priced and I'm very happy with the quality. My photos turned out beautiful!! I was scheduled to take my senior photos here for my school and all I can say is wow. Some of the best customer service, the lady at the desk was super nice and helpful when I first arrived. I mentioned to my wife that we should have pictures done of our sweet pet dog JJ and she suggested we have some of the three of us. Last minute graduation pictures for my son who is autistic. It was a challenge for me to get him there so early in morning for which set his mood. Then it was told to us the school required a tux look which we were not prepared for. My son doesnt deal with last minute changes well. The studio provided the required shirt and jacket. Well Erica our photographer we absolutely awesome with my son. She was very patient with him and took things slow with him. My son felt so comfortable with her. She took such wonderful pictures! I was forced to use this studio for my daughter's senior pictures. I didn't purchase any photos at the time as it was 11 months prior to graduation. Now that graduation is within months I went in to order and saw the prices. $45 for an 8 x 11 print, no frame? Are you kidding me! Are these photos gold plated. Poor customer service, and there is no reason for you to give them money and get treated so poorly. My daughters senior and prom photos are nice. I think their packages are very expensive and there should not be an additional charge to remove blemishes . I am not sure why, especially if this business is contracted to take photos for the entire school district. Also, their packages should include digital copies as well. read more

Let me start by saying my kids are polar opposites! My first time at this studio was when my son had his senior pics and I didn't think much of it because he's a ham and never takes a bad pic (class of 2014). Flash forward to last week when my daughter had her senior pic appointment. She hates pictures and will avoid taking them at all costs. If we're lucky to get any, they are with her tongue sticking out, a side smirk, or the awkward "herd them in like cattle" yearly school pics that you purchase with no intention of sending them out because they are absolutely terrible! She (and I) had been dreading this appointment since we received our mailer. The anxiety of the appointment, coupled with me making her wear make-up (as suggested in their brochure), I was expecting a horrible experience---in fact, we argued on the way there because she was dragging her feet and I thought we were going to be late and miss it. I honestly think she was hoping we would. Turns out, I was not only impressed, but so was she!!! Stephanie, our photographer, not only made her feel at ease, she offered posing guidance, great conversation and a ton of laughs. She took her time with her, experimented with the lighting (as she learned during the conversation my daughter is an Art student and appreciated the creativity) and she just made her feel like she genuinely cared about her and her session. And she didn't even mind me, the hovering mother, sitting in the background taking my BTS shots on my I-phone. It was truly an amazing experience, and the best part, her proofs! When I viewed them last night my daughter just said to pick some, and when she saw them, she said, "Wow, I really look good!" There were so many great shots, that it was difficult to choose. We settled on four poses for now, but I'm sure we'll submit another order in the future...and I'll be booking a long overdue family shoot with Stephanie soon! read more

We were more than pleased with Stephanie's photo shoot of our son's senior pictures as well as our daughter's in 2016. Stephanie took her time and she has the perfect personality for capturing the best of you. She produced fantastic poses and natural and smiles that we've ever seen of Breana and Tyler.
