They took forever to get our pictures back, we bought extra picture each digital costed extra. They messed up our order more than once. We had to call them and drive far just so they can still get our pictures wrong. They will also use your photo of your child to promote there services with out your consent. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I had an event at the beginning of the year. It is now the end of the year and I am STILL waiting on a couple items from them. I was really excited to contract them at first because my church was promoting them but they were really disappointing. Every time I called they said they never received an approval email or that I never emailed back with replies when in fact I did, and just in time before deadlines expired. They don't even keep track of decisions made IN PERSON WITH THEM. Keep all emails & dates so they don't keep bullshitting about what you "didn't" send or approve. They kept blaming editors for the amount of time things were taking. The worst part is their communication skills. They NEVER call you with updates. You have to keep calling for updates or you will never get your things. read more

I usually don't write reviews but I'm very disappointed in the quality and service on this place. I purchased pictures from my daughter's baptism and they told me they would contact me in 3 to 4 weeks. 4 weeks and nothing. I had to reach out because they didn't even bother. Now I get my pictures and they have photoshop my daughters face. Why would I want to photoshop my daughters face? She's 4. I would recommend that you really pay attention to every detail and ask questions because they won't tell you nothing unless you ask. read more

So unorganized, I recommend keeping your receipts taking pictures of what you are ordering, if ordering a frame please please take a picture. Honestly if I can give this photographer a 0 I truly would, yet when I walk in they had just bad service very unorganized. They photographer was in a rush saying I have somewhere else to be so we need to hurry up. That is very unprofessional. Then they mention we have a lot of people to attend and do alot of photos then maybe you guys should hire more people and stop taking blurry photos and yet pressuring people. Then you have to pay first and still have to wait almost 2 months for your pictures and yet with a bunch of there mistakes that they say ohh sorry it won't be done till the next couple weeks and they never even call back aswell to give you an update. I found this company at a vendor fair at Almansor Court in Alhambra and their portfolio looked great. They promoted their wedding and quinceañera services and I told them I have my parents' 50th wedding anniversary coming up. They told me they could do it and handed me business cards and flyers. I sent an email to the addresses on their marketing materials and their website but did not hear back. I followed up a week or two later with a phone call and left a message but never received a return call. Not sure if they don't know how to manage their office or are selective about what clients to take, but they could have at least called back or emailed back to decline. Took my business elsewhere and found a great local photographer who was responsive and came to our house to discuss our needs. Something this company could learn from. read more

Got my graduation pictures done here and these people are just scams. They say one thing just to get you to pay the $30 to book an appointment but when the day comes they tell you something else with these extra charges that they never mentioned to you in the beginning. I had a great experience with this photography company. They were recommended by a family member and I am very pleased with the service and quality while being affordable. The engagement photo session was amazing. Juan suggested a great location and it worked perfectly for us. We were able to choose from so many great pictures. The wedding photos are already ready to view (2 weeks later) and we will soon choose the songs for the video and the prints we want for our family and our home. There are over 1200 pictures to view so I really appreciate the amount and variety of pictures taken. Juan is very flexible and works with you to create just the vision you have for these important preserved memories. I can't wait to receive our album, prints and videos. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The photographer who took the pictures for our daughters First Communion did a horrible job. Most of the pictures look blurry. I payed them the day of the event (I got the biggest package they had) arrived 1 hour before the mass started. The photographer was rushing and didn't even wait for our family to arrive to take pictures of everyone as promised. I called a week prior to find out what they were offering in the package and etc. A week later I got a call that our pictures were ready. We went in and ended up paying more money to get our originals even if we were using the exact pictures in the package. It was about $4/5 each picture. Whatever we payed. Now here's my biggest issue. It's been almost 2 months since our event our pictures are still NOT ready. This is ridiculous given that we payed for everything before they even took the pictures of our daughter. Service is ridiculous. If you want to wait a couple of months and pay an arm and a leg for horrible pictures definitely hire them. If it wasn't for the school who got a "contact" with this studio I would've NEVER hired them. The pictures we took on our phones are better and better quality. Currently still waiting for our pictures. Contacted the studio and the lady said there was a mistake and had to redo something we ordered. Horrible customer service. No one even bothered to call us and update. She said it could take another 2-3 weeks lol read more

The 1st impression I got when I walked in was "Wow, they have beautiful pictures." I went in to take a passport picture and we all know we never like our passport pictures. This was not the case, I looked amazing! It took about 5 minutes to receive them and the two young ladies in the front were so kind. My daughter did her 1st communion and this business came to offer their service. At first, it seemed like the service was really good. They came and showed us (parents) examples of the pictures they had taken in previous 1st communions and of the packages they had to offer. The pictures they showed us looked really nice, very professional looking with nice photo paper and poses. I thought to myself, "I definitely want this photo business to take my daughters pictures ". After all, this was a very important day for my daughter life. However, to my surprise the service ended up being a total disappointment. And that's to say the least, but I was angry with this business and how they treat their customers. As a customer of this business, I expect to be treated with respect and to be completely satisfied with the service. But that was not my case. They took crapy poses, the print out results were terrible. I can print better pictures in my home printer. They tricked me into buying more pictures than what I originally had wanted. They ended up giving me the pictures and poses they wanted instead of the ones I had chosen. When I told them how upset I was about their service, they didn't try to fix their mistake. We set up an appointment months ago and the guy shows up at our home rushing us and upset because he was in a hurry. The second appointment we set up he never showed up to saying he had many places to be and wouldnt make it after 45 min of waiting and calling him. Once at the church he was rude and unkind.
