Cleaners / Alterations…read more As the name implies, they charge one price for dry cleaning and that price is substantially lower than the previous place I tried over on Port St Lucie blvd. In this last visit, I needed a pair of pants hemmed and they were able to accomplish the task with no fuss or dely. The time quoted for completion was when the pants were ready and the job was done exactly as requested. The price for a pair of pants to be hemmed was, unfortunately, high but that is also the norm everywhere you call for alterations. $16 in my case so just be aware that the cost to alter might be on par with the cost of a new pair of jeans ($22). In any case, I would use them again for cleaning and for alterations. Big, shared parking lot in front.

They both looked brand new. This is my dry cleaners!!!

I received the final bill for $9.46 and noticed a dollar had been added as a penalty for not paying cash. It is the practice of this business to charge you a fee if you use a debit card. When speaking to the older women Denise I mentioned that if I had to pay the dollar fee I or my family would never return and I didn't think the owners of a business would run a business like that. Her reply was that she didn't care as she was only an employee and didn't own the business. Hobe Sound or Stuart doesn't need a business with this attitude

This place is terrible. I brought around ten items of suits clothing and received them back with…read morewhite marks all over them. I specifically brought back two pairs of suit pants because the streaks were the most noticeable and I didn't want to make a fuss. I explained the marks weren't there when I dropped them off, they said ok and sent them out again. Picked them up the second time and the marks were still there. I asked to leave a note for the owner requesting that he call me. I gave him 2.5 weeks and never received a phone call. I picked up the suits again and still white streaks all over them. I don't understand how a dry cleaner can make your clothes worse than when you dropped them off and what kind of an owner doesn't care at all about customer service or quality. Never going here again. Oh and the third time when I asked to leave a note for the owner the woman at the counter was very rude to me, argued with me that this was not bad business and my clothes were not ruined.

I asked for a redo since it wasn't used after paying $4.00, the rude woman said no, too bad. They create a problem and don't have the integrity to fix it. So I left with 9 shirts that I was going to drop off so I'm sure another spot will want the $36.00 in business.
