In this last visit, I needed a pair of pants hemmed and they were able to accomplish the task with no fuss or dely. The time quoted for completion was when the pants were ready and the job was done exactly as requested. The price for a pair of pants to be hemmed was, unfortunately, high but that is also the norm everywhere you call for alterations. $16 in my case so just be aware that the cost to alter might be on par with the cost of a new pair of jeans ($22). In any case, I would use them again for cleaning and for alterations. Big, shared parking lot in front.

They recently cleaned all of my down pillows and duvet and fluffed them too for me and they look so much better. La Mer Dry Cleaners also has been able to get things done quickly for me which is truly appreciated. They have only shown me honesty, transparency, and true customer service.
