PAC called us and told us they could come and fix our trailer right where it was. They hand everything they needed to fix. Let me tell you we loved hearing that! If you ever had to watch your stuff be loaded on a flat bed and drove down the interstate, you know how stressful it is. A half hour later we were cruising down the road. They said it was just easier to repair it by the road than it would be to tow it to the shop. They don't normal do this. $507 for both side of our bearings repacked, Thanks guys!

Me and my husband bought a truck in November and discovered that the windshield was leaking. These guys came right out to our property and got to work. Apparently the leak had been going on for a while and there was some pretty bad rust damage. They informed us and talked us through the issue and what they were going to do and what we needed to do moving forward. They told us that Safellite or anyone else in the industry would have seen the rust issues and left the job because of how extensive it was, but not Wisefly. They finished, the job looked great, and all was well. Fast forward few months down the line and we hear this God awful sound in the truck and can't figure out what it is. Turns out the black trimming along the windshield is beginning to come up and is catching the wind. We swing by the shop to speak to someone about it and again we were met with excellent customer service. There was no one available at the shop to replace it right then but she helped us tape it down some and got us one the schedule within 2 days. This issue had nothing to do with their work but just yet again another symptom of the Covid work and supply crisis. Again they came out to us, did a great job and gave great service. Everything was covered under the warranty so we didn't have to pay a cent more, as college students that's a big deal. We gave them a little cash to maybe get them some lunch and say thank you but we knew this wasn't expected. We are so grateful for their hard work and great service. I was looking for another place to go to in the morning when I noticed this place seemed opened. I assumed it may have been a 24 hour spot. I pulled in and asked about tires. I was told to back in and my car was immediately lifted and tire removed. No attitude. I then learned I was very lucky. It was after 8p on a Saturday. The crew was only present because they were working on something else. My tire was pretty bad off. I was aware that my tire wasn't common. I just kept waiting to be told that they couldn't do anything to save it. I also learned that tire repair is a dying art. Most tire shops today only want to remove and replace tires. He did some engine work on my 1997 Honda Civic. We received a phone call stating that we owed $400 and the car was still not running. We were also informed we had 5 days to pay this amount or our vehicle was going to be sold. After much heated discussions he came to the agreement that we would remove it from his property for 300$. When we got the car back home we realized that the engine was totally dismantled and parts had been stripped. I would STRONGLY recommend that Noone use this auto shop unless you enjoy headaches and harassment.
