These guys are great. Amazing customer service amazing work, just everything you want out of an interaction in the service industry.
Me and my husband bought a truck in November and discovered that the windshield was leaking. These guys came right out to our property and got to work. Apparently the leak had been going on for a while and there was some pretty bad rust damage. They informed us and talked us through the issue and what they were going to do and what we needed to do moving forward. They told us that Safellite or anyone else in the industry would have seen the rust issues and left the job because of how extensive it was, but not Wisefly. They finished, the job looked great, and all was well.
Fast forward few months down the line and we hear this God awful sound in the truck and can't figure out what it is. Turns out the black trimming along the windshield is beginning to come up and is catching the wind. We swing by the shop to speak to someone about it and again we were met with excellent customer service. There was no one available at the shop to replace it right then but she helped us tape it down some and got us one the schedule within 2 days. This issue had nothing to do with their work but just yet again another symptom of the Covid work and supply crisis. Again they came out to us, did a great job and gave great service. Everything was covered under the warranty so we didn't have to pay a cent more, as college students that's a big deal. We gave them a little cash to maybe get them some lunch and say thank you but we knew this wasn't expected. We are so grateful for their hard work and great service.
