Went this morning to receive a quote. A lady employee noticed we were waiting and said, 'He'll be…read moreright with you," motioning towards the worker who was speaking with another customer, near our car. After the worker finished his conversation, he walked past our vehicle, to retrieve an open energy drink, completely ignoring us. After walking to the other side of the entrance, he looks back and shouts, " Do you need some help?" My husband responded, " No we were just sitting here for no reason" as we left. Please Don't waste your time going here. If you can't pay attention to the only car waiting in the parking lot, I can only imagine how horrible the attention to detail and work ethic is while working on the cars.

A trip to the dealership would have easily cost a couple thousand dollars and left her without a car for several days. Instead, I called Sam. Not only was he responsive, but he actually came to my house. He repaired the undercarriage, buffed out the damage, and repainted the fender. When he was finished, the car looked brand new. You would never know there had been any damage. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, convenience, and affordability. Sam was courteous, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. While I hope I never need auto body repairs again, if I do, I won't hesitate to call Sam. If you've got a scratch, dent, ding, or minor body damage, Sam is your guy. Highly recommend!

When I arrived at their location on NW 32nd Ave, my concerns were put to rest by being transparent and asking for more reasonable prices for their work product. What truly stood out about this shop was how it delivered on its promises in an industry where reliability and honesty can be hit-or-miss; FIXBODYCAR proved otherwise. The team took the time to explain their process and kept me informed throughout the repair work. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was evident in the final result. The facility and Its location in Opa-Locka is a somewhat rustic workspace. Nevertheless, the work-product costs and turnaround time were reasonable, and there were no surprise costs or hidden fees--everything was transparent from start to finish. BUYER BEWARE!! I…read morepaid these people $900 for a "professional" bumper replacement and paint job, with ONE very clear condition: Please DO NOT glue the bumper on. Not even a month later, the bumper literally FELL OFF on one side on its own. And when I checked it, it appeared to have been glued anyway!! the exact thing I specifically asked them NOT to do. The paint job was just as sloppy. Visible paint drips, uneven finish, and careless-looking work all over the area they repaired. The attached photos speak for themselves. So after paying $900, I ended up with a bumper falling off my car and a sloppy paint job. AVOID this place or at least Inspect their work VERY carefully before paying, because this experience was beyond disappointing. I'm not even wasting my time going back to that place to get it "fixed" again. I'm done. Avoid this place and save yourself the headache.
