We are with State Farm Insurance and this repair place is one of the many that is approved by State Farm. After carefully reading of many reviews of many repair shops, I finally chose ACE Sullins Carstar. From the moment I clicked on the State Farm email, it was smooth sailing. I got a call back the next day (Saturday) asking me when I would like to go into the shop. I went in and Daniel was my repair man. He told me the date I will get it back (on Monday) and they arranged for my rental to come pick me up. During the repair, they called me to again confirm the progress and the date of return. The Friday before the promised day, they said it's ready. Picking up is as easy. I just drop off my rental at Catamarans pick up my own car and that's that. No hassle, no drama. Easy peasy. The car is like new now. Thank you. Definitely recommend. read more

I needed to have my car bumper fixed, after being hit at the car dealer (I know, the audacity). It was easy to book an appointment and my car was ready in about 2 days. Guillermo assisted me throughout the entire process. All of the staff were friendly and professional. I am truly satisfied with the results and cannot be happier. They offer a lifetime warranty on the work they complete, which is a plus in my book. I was told they only service cars through your car insurance?! Great customer service and work (: read more

I had a really good experience at this place. I was in an accident and so I needed to get my front bumper repaired. The insurance company suggests this place. It was my first time here. My first impression was that it was a professional place. As I first walked in. I was instructed not ignored to where to go, the office. The office was a nice office where they took my information and had a rental car waiting for me. I barely waited. The experience was fast, professional and friendly. They had someone inspecting my car. He gave me a estimated date of completion. He was a young person. He was very professional and informative. When I returned my car I was happy with the job they did. They washed my car too. However I did find it a little strange that the car camera I had inside my car was disconnected. It was not on the way of the bumper repair. read more

Just picked up my car, before the storm. They were nice enough to wait for me. And then had the courtesy to explain the details done to it. Nice guys and good job in a relatively short or just good timing for the work that needed to be done. read more

Came in for an estimate and mentioned I'd only like to change one part of the damage (for now). They refused. I told them I had one of the pieces from the car that was fully functional. They also refused to use it and said 'policy says we have to buy everything from scratch and see what other internal damage the car may have'. The car did not have internal damage as it was all superficial. But it definitely sounds like they're trying to scam people with these 'policy' tactics. read more

Highly recommend this shop. The staff is great and communicates every step. Even got my car back a couple of days early. They pulled out my trunk, realigned the rear deck, replaced bumper and trim after being rear ended. Car looked and drove good as new read more

Highly recommend! They were able to get my car in very quickly for a repair. All of the staff was friendly and professional. Rude customer service, had an emergency repair due to a break in and attempted theft. She wanted me to wait two whole months to be serviced. Disappointing. read more

These are the hardest working people in the auto body business. From the first interaction when I booked an appointment online, to receiving an estimate, to picking up my vehicle, the experience was consistently awesome and impressive. Everyone working there is passionate about doing things right and exceeding expectations. They said my car would be ready by Friday and they called me Thursday to say I could pick it up at Noon Friday. The work was flawless. Update: The body work for my car involved replacing a BMW door. When I left Ace Sullins and drove off, the lock made a clacking sound and wasn't locking properly. I drove right back. The technician apologized for the issue and spent about 30 minutes fixing it. It still didn't seem right, so he spent and additional 15 minutes repairing it. It is now stuck and I have to unlock my driver side door, by going through the passenger door. read more

I took my car to CARSTAR after I got rear ended at a stoplight. CARSTAR was amazing! They were professional, friendly and effective. They called me to confirm my arrival. Once I got to the office, all the paperwork were ready for me. I dropped my car off and before I even got home, they called me within the hour with an estimate and lead time. The total repair took only 2 days. And they did a fantastic job! My car looks new again. They were very respectful of my time and gave a very fair estimate to my insurance company. I am thoroughly impressed with their customer service and craftsmanship. I don't wish anyone to need a body shop for repairs but if you do need a great one, go to ACE SULLINS CARSTAR. read more

Very professional staff here. Work was done on time as originally estimated and with great attention to detail and great communication throughout the process. It is refreshing to do business with folks that are committed to delivering an excellent experience where little is typically found. Also they drove me to the rental car place whom they obviously work with often and assisted to drop off the rental car for me. That is going above and beyond! Great partnership with the insurance company! read more

I can't tell you the last time I had to go to a body shop, thankfully, so this was my first experience in a very long time. After a fire hydrant ripped off the bumper of my brand new Chevy Equinox, my company's fleet management company recommended I visit this body shop for an estimate and repair. Upon arriving for the estimate, I was instantly greeted by a gentleman working outside. He took a few photos of my car and I was on my way within five or 10 minutes. After my company approved the estimate, Ace Sullins called me to schedule a day for me to drop off my car. The amazing thing about it was that because of their relationship with their local Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I was able to drop my car off and pick up my rental right there at the body shop. The guy from Enterprise was there right on time and the transaction was seamless and done within 10 minutes. My bumper and headlight were fixed in less than 3 days, and I was able to leave my rental car right there at the body shop, making this the easiest car repair experience I've ever had. They also fully detailed my car which was a nice surprise! Maybe that's customary for body shops, but it was unexpected for me at least. Not to mention, everybody who worked at this location was incredibly friendly and polite. Hopefully, I will not have to visit again anytime soon but if I am ever in need of a car repair I will 100% come back to this location. Five-star experience for sure! read more

I've had body work done here more than once and I'd never hesitate to go back again if I needed to. They do great work and keep their word. Always a pleasure to deal with this shop. read more

My car isn't even finished yet and I feel compelled to leave a review. Their professionalism is amazing. I had a simple bumper repair take over a month with The dealership. If I never called them, they didn't call me. Ace Sullins is the complete opposite. Hopefully I don't need anymore repairs after this but if I do, I'm coming here! read more

This place is amazing. My pickup truck looks brand new again. After having a horrible experience with the thieves at Maaco Paint and Body Shop, dealing with Ace Sullins Carstar is like leaving hell and arriving in heaven. James and Kyle are very nice and friendly but most of all they're really professionals. It is obvious that they also have a great team working for them. I'm very impressed. They're honest, people of their word and they went above and beyond. I'm very happy that I took my pickup truck to Ace Sullins Carstar. I definitely recommend this place. read more
