I had a really good experience at this place. I was in an accident and so I needed to get my front bumper repaired. The insurance company suggests this place. It was my first time here. My first impression was that it was a professional place. As I first walked in. I was instructed not ignored to where to go, the office. The office was a nice office where they took my information and had a rental car waiting for me. I barely waited. The experience was fast, professional and friendly. They had someone inspecting my car. He gave me a estimated date of completion. He was a young person. He was very professional and informative. When I returned my car I was happy with the job they did. They washed my car too. However I did find it a little strange that the car camera I had inside my car was disconnected. Came in for an estimate and mentioned I'd only like to change one part of the damage (for now). They refused. I told them I had one of the pieces from the car that was fully functional. They also refused to use it and said 'policy says we have to buy everything from scratch and see what other internal damage the car may have'. The car did not have internal damage as it was all superficial. But it definitely sounds like they're trying to scam people with these 'policy' tactics. read more

These are the hardest working people in the auto body business. From the first interaction when I booked an appointment online, to receiving an estimate, to picking up my vehicle, the experience was consistently awesome and impressive. Everyone working there is passionate about doing things right and exceeding expectations. They said my car would be ready by Friday and they called me Thursday to say I could pick it up at Noon Friday. The work was flawless. Update: The body work for my car involved replacing a BMW door. When I left Ace Sullins and drove off, the lock made a clacking sound and wasn't locking properly. I drove right back. The technician apologized for the issue and spent about 30 minutes fixing it. It still didn't seem right, so he spent and additional 15 minutes repairing it. It is now stuck and I have to unlock my driver side door, by going through the passenger door. read more

I can't tell you the last time I had to go to a body shop, thankfully, so this was my first experience in a very long time. After a fire hydrant ripped off the bumper of my brand new Chevy Equinox, my company's fleet management company recommended I visit this body shop for an estimate and repair. Upon arriving for the estimate, I was instantly greeted by a gentleman working outside. He took a few photos of my car and I was on my way within five or 10 minutes. After my company approved the estimate, Ace Sullins called me to schedule a day for me to drop off my car. The amazing thing about it was that because of their relationship with their local Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I was able to drop my car off and pick up my rental right there at the body shop. The guy from Enterprise was there right on time and the transaction was seamless and done within 10 minutes. My bumper and headlight were fixed in less than 3 days, and I was able to leave my rental car right there at the body shop, making this the easiest car repair experience I've ever had. They also fully detailed my car which was a nice surprise! Maybe that's customary for body shops, but it was unexpected for me at least. Not to mention, everybody who worked at this location was incredibly friendly and polite. Hopefully, I will not have to visit again anytime soon but if I am ever in need of a car repair I will 100% come back to this location. Five-star experience for sure! read more
