I was working in the area one time and I parked somewhere that I always would park in my car but this day specifically I was driving my older brother's vehicle. My vehicle was currently at the dealership being worked on. These guys decided to tow my older brother's car and when I realized after work, these guys have taken my car and they gave me a bullshit excuse on why they took it. I sat at work for three hours waiting for them to release my vehicle. They charged me around 300 to 400$ When I asked them to give me an explanation, why they told the car the owner looked at me and told me that he's been giving me warnings the past couple days not to park there but that's a complete lie because I never got any warning and I wasn't in my vehicle, I was my older brother's car so that then in there, I saw that they were lying and trying to make money off of me. They were scouting me from a corner and saw that I was a young guy, and they took advantage of it. So please be careful with these guys. These guys are complete liars and manipulators. I've been trying to sue them for the past 23 years because I do not believe these type of people deserve power whatsoever. They are using their towing services to take advantage of people and they try to make as much money off of you as they can. The only good person in there is a female, but she can't say much or help you because she depends on that job. Again, I am not a bot like the bots that they have in their reviews. These are all close friends of theirs and Bause that have given that place a good review in order for the company to keep running. They're gonna try to keep me quiet by reading this post and saying it's all a lie, but I have proof of anyone wants to see Like I said I've been trying to sue these people for a while now I am coming after them. they think they could just mess with anyone and we'll get away with it and that is not true. The gentleman in the truck (I believe he was the owner) helped me evaluate the oil level in my car, determined it was only a little low, topped me off and let me know it was safe to drive the car. He wouldn't let me pay him anything and didn't try to scare me into paying for a tow service I didn't need. I have to highly recommend their services as trustworthy and ethical. I went back and one of the guys there name Juan went for a test drive and immediately identified the problem. He called my insurance company ordered another part and took care of it. He also offered to pay for the rental the 2nd time. When I picked up my car the 2nd time another guy name Marvin who does the estimates gave me a estimate on my bumper that I cracked from me running into a metal garbage can. I also asked him for an estimate on re painting my left passenger door because my 5 yr old daughter decided to write her name with a key. Lol He told me to give him about 20 min, and he lightly sanded and buffed the scratches out for me complimentary. I really appreciate great service and honest hard working people.
