I didn't have rental coverage from my insurance during the repairs, but the staff here ensured that I got a good deal and paid a reasonable price! I appreciated that they let me have a flexible rental window, since the repair shop didn't give me a timeline for repairs. I was given the option of a few different size cars and SUVs to choose from, and landed on a midsized SUV. Car was clean, operated well, and the check in/out process was very smooth. I would come back here again to rent a car, although I hope not for the same reasons ;) it was also VERY nice to be able to picked up and dropped off at the repair shop, the best perk to choosing Enterprise! Saved me a LONG, COLD walk or short Uber drive!

The alignment needs to be taken care of as soon as possible and test driven before renting it out to someone else to prevent any accidents. We nearly had a few because of that ourselves. Be sure to thoroughly examine the vehicles before handing the keys to anyone in the future.

Instead of helping us himself (as he had no customers or vehicles to rent and seemed to have time) he gave us a CS number - horrible lazy move. Called CS to be told "someone" would contact us on 15 min to 2 hours. Having just driven 3 hrs to get the truck and start an early move, I had no interest in waiting 2 hours for Budget to further show their ineptitude. Drove 5 min to UHAUL BURSNVILLE, had fantastic service with Griffin and was on the road in 15 mins!! Not ONE WORD from Budget by way of apology. Useless company. UHAUL WILL BE MY 1st/ONLY CALL from now on.

They changed out my brakes and rotors for $1200 and qouted me $4,200 to fix the catalytic converter. I said no and did some research to find out that the Federal Gov't mandates some type of warranty for Ford to resolve this issue under warranty, which I found is either 8 years or 80,000 miles. I brought my truck to Ford, they gave me a free warner and replaced my catalytic converter and some sensors for free under warranty. I find interesting that Superior didn't know this and didn't advise this, but instead wanted $4200 to fix the problem. I don't recommend this shop due to my experience and complete distrust.

They found what was causing the noise, and also a couple other minor issues, and fixed them with no problems. I called after hours and asked if they could change the transmission fluid while they have it, and the manager (Jim), called back first thing in the morning to let me know they checked the fluid and it looked brand new so it didn't need to be changed. Any other shop would have said they changed changed the fluid and added it to the bill, but they didn't, so they gained my trust right away. They only fixed what needed to be be fixed, and the cost was very reasonable. Since then I've had them replace the clutch and transmission. They did the work quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. There we no surprise costs and the total bill was actually less than what I expected it to be. It's hard to find a shop that you can trust, and does good work at a reasonable cost, so Transmission Doctor is now the first (and likely only) shop I'll call if I have car problems.

As a result State Farm lowered the claim amount by $1200. Either Collision Center is over charging State Farm, or they are penalizing me for not taking it to their shop. Now, even if I take it to another shop I'll be fighting State Farm for the $1200 from the original estimate. This might also be a good reason not to take your vehicle to a State Farm Approved Vendor.
