The first time I was expecting it to have Internet because the Google search shows that this location has Wi-Fi available while you're doing your laundry which it Don't! The second time I went there, the machines that I chose to do the wash were broke down with no out of order signs on them apparently they don't have anything like that for the customers to post if they are inoperable. Third time I went there their servers were down and I couldn't get a connection on the kiosk card reader. After buying a $45 credit onto a card that is only usable at this place now it doesn't even work to buy it. It worked but then to use it on the machines it doesn't work. That is very unsatisfactory. Now having to go down to the bank, pulling the money back out expecting only pay $40. Did your laundry is now turning to be $80 with 40 sitting in my pocket that's unusable. I contacted the number and they still haven't contacted me. I find this a bit absurd. Unfortunately I have to actually give this a few stars and nothing more until they get there. Issues taken care of with the false advertisement that's on Google. And get their Internet service working correctly with a strong set up so they can actually have the machines working and operating correctly.

The dryer was only $1.25 though. You can pay the machines with card thankfully; however, the dispenser is quarters only. Maybe I got unlucky, but there was no proper or obvious and easy to use laundry detergent available (the dispenser seemed long sold out), so this place is definitely not traveler friendly. Luckily, a local guy helped me out. Another offered a free dryer spin too. I think someone else could use it though. Seems like a chill place for the locals. Accidentally used $3.25 but passed it forward

Totally ruined it, and didn't say anything about it when I picked it up. Went back to speak to them about it. They claimed that when we dropped it off they said they may not be able to get the spots out, but we said to try anyway. No such conversation took place. I asked them to reimburse me for the dress, showing them how they spread the spots all over the dress. They refused and responded that the dress is old -- it's not, it's new -- and claimed their liability was limited -- also not correct when you totally ruin a garment due to your own actions.
