Third time I went there their servers were down and I couldn't get a connection on the kiosk card reader. After buying a $45 credit onto a card that is only usable at this place now it doesn't even work to buy it. It worked but then to use it on the machines it doesn't work. That is very unsatisfactory. Now having to go down to the bank, pulling the money back out expecting only pay $40. Did your laundry is now turning to be $80 with 40 sitting in my pocket that's unusable.
