STAY AWAY!!!! These people are why car salesman get a bad rap. Drove 3 hrs to pick up a car . The car in the photos is not what the car really looked liked. they did some major touch up on the picture. 2019 Mercedes listed for $35,000.00 Piece of junk. We asked before we left if there were any dents or dings we should be aware about. Jessica the salesperson assured my wife there were no issues. Since the car only had 15,000 miles we believed her. Big mistake. 2 big dents on the passenger door. The hood looked like it was in a hail storm. The handles on all for doors were beat up. Big scratch on the drivers side . The brakes were bad and it sounded like crap. My daughter saved up for this car and I'm proud of her for walking away from that situation. I am however really disappointed in the way this dealership obviously trains its staff to do whatever it takes ( as Jessica puts it. To save the deal). I'm not mad that it was beat to hell. I'm mad because the dealer was crooked enough to have us drive 3 hrs knowing the car was definitely photoshopped in the pics and it was in the shape it was in. I will never buy from this dealer nor would I recommend this dealer to anyone I know. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Sold my daughter a 2016 Jeep Cherokee in December 2022 with recalls on it that still can not be fixed. Check engine light came on within days of pulling out of lot and guess what... still not fixed. They offer her nothing for her troubles sadly. They are only about the sale not about customer care. BUYER BEWARE! read more

Bob in service was awesome! He helped me identify the part I needed - an $11 brake light switch that my local dealer told me was an $800 brake pedal assembly. Thanks Bob! read more

Get all my Jeeps from this dealership as they always seem to have the best prices for them in the area. They are not high pressure and were not complete jerks like some dealerships when they learn I am securing my own financing. Headed to them for my next Jeep soon. read more

Do not buy from this dealer or a stelantis brand vehicle at all. Bought a brand new truck from them and after they "cleaned it up" truck was delivered covered in scratches from front to back. Sales man told me the best they could do was wash the truck for free which would just make the situation worse and the scratches are normal. General manager will not even return phone calls. RAM corporate will not help you either just route you to some one from India who will tell you they will get it resolved for you then email you the case is closed the next day. There's a reason Chrysler has been bought and sold so many times in the past few years just stick to a ford or Chevy and if you do go Chrysler, go elsewhere. P.S. they may give you a good price on the vehicle your buying, but they will low ball you on your trade in. If you do choose to buy a vehicle here make sure you have some time (my deal took 4 hours) and whatever you do DO NOT let them wash the vehicle or touch the paint in anyway. read more

My go to dealership. Worth the drive too! I love the staff at Classic CDJR, thank you for taking great care of me!

I took my car in because the AWD/ABS light came on and my scanner would not read the codes. They replaced my wheel speed sensor then talked me into a tune up and other services that, though coming up, were not due yet. I left the car ahead of my appointment and told them to take their time fixing it and make sure it was tip top because the car was going to my son in Cleveland and getting him back to Madison for service would be difficult. I get the car and give it to my son, only to have the AWD/ABS light trigger randomly. We juggle schedules and get the car in to be looked at, again, where they find a corroded plug further down the line from the sensor they just replaced. I pick up the car and get handed a bill for over $350 to fix what they should have found the first time. I expected to pay for any additional parts but being charged for additional labor on a job that should have been resolved correctly the first time is ridiculous. The service manager was already gone for the day, of course, so I then had to wait for the mechanic to text back and forth, the manager reduced the charge via text with the offhand comment that "They would eat the other half". Needless to say, I will be visiting the manager in person later this week to make sure that he eats the other half of the labor and ensure that his supervisor knows how he's handling things. Like I stated, I have no issue paying for parts, but labor on something that should have been fixed the first time is unacceptable. Deal with them if its free as part of your warranty but be careful with anything else, not because of their mechanics, but because of the service manager and their predatory practices. The reason I needed to come back was due to a lack of thoroughness on the part of the mechanic, BUT, I have been guilty of fixing the simplest problem and stopping there too, so I get it. What I don't get is charging the customer for that lack of thoroughness when they need to come back, and that is an issue that is handled, or rather mishandled by the managers. Things happen in business and the sign of a good business is the ability to compromise when the fault is on their side and from my recent experience, this isn't good business. read more

Found this dealer using cars.com and have been in constant contact to purchase a vehicle. Secured financing, as well as booked a nonrefundable ticket, all the while speaking with the internet sales specialist. Today they sold the car out from under me. The internet specialist was very nice, however, if the dealership is not willing to cooperate with buyers in different states, they should not have an internet sales division. Absolutely unprofessional. read more

Excellent service. Oil change for my truck was taken care of quickly, service advisor was informative, helpful and easy to talk to. Would not hesitate to bring my truck back for any service work. read more

I purchased a new 2015 Chrysler 200C in January of 2016 then found out I was pregnant in February 2016 and would need something that would be able to safely hold 3 carseats. When I called my salesperson and asked for help with my situation he was unwilling to do anything to help me get into a vehicle that will actually work for my family. Now I am stuck with a car that I will not be able to drive. I have been to other dealerships and they want to give my $10,000 less than I paid for the brand new car just a few months ago. I specifically asked about resale on the car when I purchased it and the salesman raved about the brand and how well the car held its value. I obviously realized that some depreciation would happen but 40% in 2-3 months seems a little extreme. Classic is just another dealership that will say anything to get the car sold. They do not care about their customers. My husband and I will buy many cars and trucks in the future and Classic will not be a place we will waste anymore time or money. read more
