The cashier - female and older - was with a customer. I waited patiently until the customer left. Then very politely said: Can I get some assistance please. She basically shouted at me: I NEED SOME TIME. I HAVE TO WORK ON AN ORDER and stomped off glaring at me all the while. I left the store and vowed never to return.! There was nobody else in the store. Why not attend to a customer about to drop $200 and do your paperwork later? I have never been so abused and treated so abominably in my life. Never was like this under previous management. Shocking attitude and zero customer service. Hence these terrible reviews. Sad.

When I arrived I wasn't even greeting or thanked for coming in. I saw his office as I walked in and he sat there and looked at me. I informed him I was here for a 12pm appointment he said his wife would be with me shortly. When his wife approached she didn't introduce herself, didn't shake hands. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for. She threw on a table cloth on a table and said "this is what it will look like". Seriously? I drove 30 minutes from Mississauga for you to throw a table cloth on? WOW. When I asked if she could show me some pictures of head tables they had done in the past she said "yeah you can go to our Facebook page". I asked if she could give me a detailed estimate of what I requested with taxes, delivery or any other charges. She claimed it was all in the email. A wedding is one of the most important and special days of your life. All vendors should care about the bride and grooms vision, care about details and make you feel special. I was so unimpressed when I left and it really made me feel not welcome, like it was just another job.

Double faced ribbons need to be ordered in advance and it takes about 2-3 weeks for them to get it in. My first visit here lasted 1.5 hrs .. Time will fly by when you're at creative bag! :D Love it Other than ribbons (organza, satin, mixed, etc.), they have boxes (LOTS of sizes....cupcakes, cake, gift boxes & more), favours, tuelle, organza, flower girl baskets, ring pillow, bags...
