They have 9 of our photos on their website, and many of the rest are stolen from other companies. They are in Canada, these photos are in Los Angeles--in front of my store. The man who answered the phone was very friendly and answered all my questions regarding balloon height, table weights etc. My order could be ready within the hour and they were flexible on when I could pick it up. They close around 8pm so I was able to run some errands and pick up right before the party. I was very impressed with their service and their shop is super convenient on Queen Street. For two balloons "30", I paid $44 that included weights. Kinda pricy but worth it since its downtown.

My first order was over the phone and I called around 12pm on New Year's Eve for 2 last minute balloon trees. They said yes and charged a pricey delivery fee which is understandable. They ended up being 1.5 hours late, but again, I didn't complain because I know the order was last minute. After the event, I called asking for a receipt because they never emailed it to me as promised. I called, emailed, called some more and finally 3 weeks later I get a receipt. During one of those emails, I placed a simple helium tank order for delivery and followed up multiple times and each time I was told all is well and in place. Finally I get a PayPal invoice and it was a bit higher than expected. I asked if I could return the tank the next day to save half the delivery and the owner said yes. My order was scheduled at 12:30 that day, so I called at 1:40 asking where the tank is. She said that she thought I didn't want the order anymore and the earliest she can get me my balloons is at 4pm!!! My event started at 5:30pm. I hung up and vowed never to do business with these people again. I also heard through the grape vein that this isn't the first time this company has done this. If you want good service and balloons delivered on time, look elsewhere.

I made a budget like everyone for my wedding and since I'll be out of Canada until 2 weeks before my wedding, I booked the venue, limo, found my dress, a caterer, hairstylist, band, decorator etc. And paid all the deposits and signed all the contracts. I made all these arrangements in August for my wedding the following August. I spoke to Jason on the phone, and he gave me a great price on the limo which he said he was able to do since we are getting married on a Sunday. I was super happy and was able to spend a little more money in other areas. I SIGNED a CONTRACT and paid a deposit. A contract means nothing to this company. In April, I get a message from the "executive director" Jesse saying that Jason severely underquoted me and that they couldn't give me the limo. I explained that we had a contract and I know that errors happen and offered to pay 200$ more! He says no it's fine, we will honour the contract for the price agreed and you have nothing to worry about! Awesome... except.... I call back two days later with my itinerary and get Jason on the phone. He is EXTREMELY RUDE and says Jesse doesn't work for the company he was fired (what? Who even says this, and it's been 2 days?) and proceeds with "you are not getting the limo, it's cancelled Lisa, get over it and stop calling". How unprofessional can you get!?? AGAIN this company is NOT reliable! You cannot TRUST them for your special event. Do not believe any contract you get, because it's apparently ok for them to request double the price.
