We used Right Choice Children's Entertainment for our son's 4th birthday and Marshall from Paw Patrol came to our house to visit. My son and daughter were beyond excited to see Marshall in their house. The Marshall character was fantastic - he engaged with both our kids and made it a magical experience. He even played along when we created a "mission" for the kids to go on with Marshall to find the missing birthday presents that the pups had sent that Mayor Humdinger had stolen. The character even reminded us to make sure to hide the pictures that our kids drew for Marshall because he didn't want them to find them later and be upset they'd been forgotten. She is extremely nice and accommodating and was a hit with the kids specially when she set up her face painting station. I do not usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so because this company took it upon themselves to rectify an issue that I experienced. The next interaction I had with this company EXCEEDED our expectations and definitely deserved my time to write a review. My son's first birthday was INCREDIBLE. Like I mentioned they went above and beyond to make sure all of our guests, of all ages were entertained and had an enjoyable time. The caricature artist, Ava was extraordinary, super talented and great with people. I highly recommend having a caricature drawing at any event. It was very popular. Our guests also enjoyed Michael's balloon twisting. He made incredible balloons that were over the top from creative hats, to characters that were very detailed like Mickey Mouse and the Little Mermaid. He is very talented and you will be impressed with his work. The children also loved Magic Mike who performed with bunnies. He was funny and very interactive. At the end of the performance, everyone was able to pet the bunnies which were a BIG HIT! His assistant was extremely patient and kind to everyone. I'd gladly provide a 0 if that was an option. I've hired plenty of entertainment options for events, parties, etc. and tried to do the same here for my son's 1st bday. Michael, the owner failed to get back to me over the course of WEEKS, I left voicemails to try to reach him and arrange services we wanted. Finally when the entertainment was confirmed as available, Michael said someone else wanted to book so I sent an email confirming I would book and just needed to know where to send e-transfer and what exact deposit amount was. He called next morning to say the entertainment was no longer available. This is a week or so before the 1st bday. Useless unprofessional company and owner. Embarassing business. read more

Let me start by saying that I have very high standards and expectations when hiring entertainment for an event I am hosting. I am very hard to please. This is the first time I used Right Choice Children's Entertainment and had a Carracture artist come to my daughters 1st birthday to draw my guests both big and little. Jennifer by far met my very high expectations. She came early so she could set-up and be ready, she was extremely friendly, and very professional. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I hired their magician for my boyfriend's daughter's birthday party yesterday and they no showed with no call. I called them when they were a few minutes late...excuse after pathetic excuse and ZERO attempt to make it right even though we had a room full of kids waiting for a magician with 8 rabbits. How you can run a child's birthday party entertainment company and not double check EVERYTHING, and have no issue basically shrugging and saying "Meh" after you've let down a kid on their once per year special day is beyond me. The worst part of this experience is their complete lack of customer service and the fact that it's obvious that they couldn't care less about disappointing a child on their birthday...if that's the case you shouldn't be in this business. I work in the service industry as well and have no issue owning up to a client if I make a mistake, and go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction and resolve the issue. I would advise anyone against booking this company, as their lack of attention to detail is one thing...their lack of heart is another. read more
