I was very specific in asking that I had a renter coming in my house and needed all carpets cleaned and and entire house deep clean. I asked could he recommend someone or did he do deep cleaning as well and he said yes he does do that . I said i needed someone experienced and really needed the house and drawers and cabinets cleaned. Reginald assured me he could do this and to send pictures. I suggested he come out to the house and see it himself. Again he assured me it would not be a problem and we set a price of 600. When he arrived he was mad that he had already quoted me a price to clean the cabinets and house however he was going to honor the price. When I arrived to see the home. I asked him who had cleaned the house and he said His son had helped him. So I was so mad because when my tenant got to the house it was a mess. the cabinets were not even vacuumed out the mirrors were smudged all over as if they used the same rag to clean the tub then the mirrors. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER CLEANER AND PAY AND ADDITIONAL 500 TO CLEAN MY HOUSE IMMEDIATELY Although he did a good job on the carpets I simply asked could he reimburse me only 200.00. He said I had to wait two weeks! I did and now ITS BEEN MONTH AND A HALF He wont even call me back or work with me. so for 600 he did a living room and a hall and a bathroom and kept my money!!! and he used a kid to do a deep clean of a house! I used their service on 2/20/2015…read more The cleaning job was okay, but the protector that is left behind creates an oily, chemical film that never seems to go away. Touching the carpet, your skin is covered in it and it smells bad. Worse, you leave footprints when moving off the carpet and onto laminate. I paid over $300 dollars to have this done to my carpet. I'm fairly certain the "special protectant" that you pay extra for is the culprit, but I am not certain. It could be the other stuff that they use when they are scrubbing. I only know that the carpet in the house that I bought did not have this problem for the first several months after I moved in. I had the carpet cleaned because the previous owner had dogs who tracked in mud. After vacuuming today, the nasty smell of the chemicals is present. I am using rug runners to cover the carpeted areas until I can get the underlying carpet replaced. I've lived with this for several months because I cannot afford to replace the carpet and was hoping that with enough vacuuming, the special protectant would go away. Worse, the protectant got into the seam between my laminate and carpet, causing it to swell and explode after rotting. The oily residue will settle out after awhile, but when you vacuum, the roller brush will bring it back to the surface again and the oily footprints will begin appearing all over the house. I'm considering replacing my carpet if I am not able to remove the unpleasant residue using a carpet cleaning rental with water only. The company bills itself as pet safe, but I have pets who like to lay on the carpet and I'm not at all confident that the oily residue that gets on them is healthy.
