They were very professional and they did an excellent job returning the carpet back to it's former self. I had a beige shag rug that my dog had an accident on and I couldn't get the stain out myself and I was going to throw the rug away and they were able to get the stain right out. While I was home, an expensive bottle of facial product was also broken during the visit. After a few email exchanges with the company where they did not seem to care about the customer experience, I asked for the issue to be escalated to management. I received a reply though it's unclear whether it actually came from someone in a management role. The company denied any responsibility for the locksmith cost and the broken facial product. Overall, there was no real customer service effort to make things right. I wanted to leave an honest review because three years of loyalty should count for something when something goes wrong. Be cautious when considering this company. if you're not going to be home, confirm exactly who is coming, and don't assume your usual crew will show up. I want to give a professional shout out to Teneisha and her team who did an outstanding job on my tile floors and hardwood floors--because of the previous owners my floors were in horrible condition--I called the A Team, they responded and made my floors come to life--I didn't think it could be done but the A team did it !!! This service came out as promised. On time and prompt..they did a great job at protecting my floor from getting wet while cleaning my sofas. I have a toddler in my home and they performed a miracle on my sofa.They cleaned my bedroom carpets and left shoe covers to walk on carpet til dry. The instructions they left us with were perfect. The carpets turned out beautifully and the sofas also.They were affordable and didnt stay all day. A+ Cleaning Solutions is one of the most professional businesses I've ever did business with. Ive had them clean my carpet several times and each and every time I was please with the result. This is the first company that I've seen use corner protectors to protect your paint on your walls and use a plastic door to keep bugs from entering the home while cleaning the carpet. Very professional husband and wife business. Called to schedule a appointment and they were able to get us in before the holiday weekend. Was very prompt and on time. They even helped to move things in rooms that were getting carpet cleaned and gave us booties to wear around the house.
