Got an oil change - that was fine. They filled the washer fluid but they cut the washer fluid with too much water. Lines froze and burst the night of the oil change. Gone to classic car wash for over 10 years. I decided to use them to get my car detailed. I dropped off the car at 7:30am, and it was still not ready until 5:30pm. It was night time when I picked it up. Suspiciously they took off money from the detail job at the end of the night claiming they knew my husband for years and gave us a 10 dollar discount. Come to find out later, one of the hinges to my back seat was ripped right off. I had taken pictures before the detailing so I can have some cool before and after photos, but this was awful. There is a gapping hole in my backseat. They claimed no responsibility even with the pictures I took the day before as proof that the backseat was completely fine. I went to Barberino Nissan to get a new part and have them take a look at what Classic Car Wash did. The professionals agree with me on how crappy of a job this place did. They should have told me they broke things in my car but denied everything, poor customer service! I fought and got my money back. They are dishonest people who did an awful job detailing my car which cost 195.00 thats including a nice tip we gave them. Other issues: They left buff marks on the exterior of my car, have to go to another place to get that taken out. Windows were smeared like they were not clean, rearview mirror was not cleaned at all and still had dust, speedometer was not cleaned, there was white film spots in the front of my car by the grill and weird white streaks at each side mirror, and the tires are not clean. I've tried to support this local business for the last time. The employees put absolutely zero effort into cleaning my vehicle. They pretended to dry my vehicle off for five seconds and did not even touch the wheels as the employee was speaking on her cell phone the entire time. I recommend going anywhere else. Spraying your car off in the driveway of your home with a garden hose would be better. read more

This place is just a rip off. I got the #1 which was $20.00 basically it was supposed to do everything. Well needless to say the only thing that was clean was the outside of the car. One of the reasons I picked the #1 was I really needed my inside windows cleaned they weren't both front and back. The dash was just as dusty it looked like they just smudged the dust. The tires weren't dressed. Nothing was done. But they have no problem taking your money the minute you walk through! And to top it all off I tipped them. I guess I should have known when they pulled the car out and said it's done. If I could give them a negative star I would! This car wash sucks! They did a horrible barely half cleaning on my car. I paid $12.99 for the exterior, under carriage wash and interior vacuum. When I stopped to check it out they didn't even towel dry the water off so I got spots on my finish. The front end of the car still had bug juice and the grill was still dirty. I normally pay $50 for a synthetic oil change at other places(inc our mechanic) but they charged me $69 WITH the coupon. Owner was downright rude. While they performed a good oil change,the woman in charge did not want to work with me.Deceiving prices. She just said, "leave now...I don't need your business!" I have gotten nowhere with this business. For the record, my car never went through the car wash. It was driven into the car wash entrance for a "hand wash." When the attendant backed the car out, the bumper caught a piece of equipment on the floor that was protruding up and tore the bumper off. They are now saying that it was previously damaged. Yah, okay, like I go around trying to set-up car washes to pay for damage to my cars that happened someplace else. Here is the owner/manager's verbatim response to my BBB complaint: "My name is Mark.I was away.Try to call Mr. James when got back at given numbers no respose.Asked my employee about the damage of Mr. Jame's car,My guy explained me that car has prior damage.We wash hundreds cars everyday. $20 for #1 Best Full Service just doesn't go as far these days. Decided to shell out for the near-premium wash after leaving the car out for a couple of weeks while away on business. The car emerged washed, dried - and still covered in dried fruit residue. Granted the car was pretty dirty going in, but as this shoddy result must have been noticed by employees drying the car by hand (which was also paid for), it reflects a bleak set of standards either among the employees on duty, but more likely the company as a whole. On the upside, whole-car vacuum comes with all but the most basic wash. They did a pretty good job of this. Further, my car was not damaged nor was anything stolen; low standards, but deserving of more than one star. Overall, might be a good place to come with an almost-clean car. But then again, why bring an almost-clean car to the wash? read more

I hadn't had a problem getting my car washed there before. However, I had a newer car and when I went through the wash I noticed my windshield had a long horizontal scratch across the glass from something in the wash. When I brought I up to the owners, their response was it's impossible for anything in their car wash to scratch. And told me it was from a rock on the road. Which is ridiculous. I got an appraisal for a new windshield and the owner did offer to pay half. However it was their fault and failed to take responsibility. I had a similar experience at Premier Car Center in north haven where they scratched a wheel and they replaced the full wheel no questions asked. I found it as good as Premiere Car Wash, around the same price, and a lot more convenient. Its smaller, so you know if its busy or not just by driving by. I have gone a couple times and paid extra for car cleaning, both times they Didn't vacuum, car was left filthy inside ! I gave them one more try, got my oil change and car cleaned again, spent $60 (usually $70 but I had coupon) and my custom floor mats are gone! I go back asking for them and they don't have them. They said they never moved them! Ok well I paid for extra cleaning and this time they actually cleaned it, all the floors are vacuumed so how did they vacuum them without moving the mats? They aren't cheap mats either they run over $150! They are the ones made for the truck thick black rubber for bad weather to keep the carpet mats clean! Took my car in today mainly to get the inside clean. I ordered the super wash which included cleaning and vacuuming the entire interior. The only thing they did was the windows. The floors and seats were not touched. The outside was fine but it's done by a machine. All of the people are really friendly and it's super convenient so I keep going there, even though I am always disappointed. I need to remember to go somewhere else next time. read more

Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. My family use to come to this car wash a lot over the years, but recently they've gone down hill in terms of their service. The past few times I requested a #3 the job performed was sub-par. Today, I decided to give them one more chance. I hadn't washed my car for a few weeks and I felt it needed a thorough cleaning, so I requested a #2 service. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I found that the wash only cleaned some of the dirt off the car and that the inside was still dirty. Just like the other visits, they always seem to neglect the inside. I brought this to the attention of the manager, who gave me an attitude that I would dare file a complaint. Rather annoyed, he instructed one of the employees to go over and wipe down the inside as a way to shut me up. As I watched him halfheartedly wipe down the inside, I felt almost compelled to take the rag and spray bottle from him and show him how to properly do it. I quickly excused him and took my leave. The wash came to $17 plus a $3 tip I gave prior to inspecting the vehicle. Going forward, I'll take the time out of my day and wash the car myself. At least then I'll know it's clean. read more

This place SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They tried to charge me $48.54 for an oil change. They said I needed a "special filter" and an extra quart of oil, after I had a coupon for a $23.99 oil change. I called the Toyota dealer and he said I needed a regular filter so that means the extra $25 must have been for the quart of oil. The guy was argumentative and rude when I questioned the increased cost for a quart of oil. After arguing with me and calling me ignorant, the rude man told me not to come back there again.( Like I ever would!!!!!!!!!!!) AVOID this business because they do a bait and switch. I used to have my oil changed here because it is convenient located near my job, but those days are over. My guess is that the owner makes most of his profit from the car wash, and the auto maintenance side is treated as an afterthought. This would explain why it is poorly organized and chronically understaffed. If I was the only customer I had a shot at getting out in under 30 minutes, otherwise forget it. If I could give this place a 0, I would! First off, I ordered the full supreme car wash that included vaccuming, windowns and dashboard cleaning along with tires. I even told the guy ahead of time to get the back of my SUV good with the vaccum cause my dogs leave tons of hair. I went to get in my car after they finished, they DIDN'T clean the inside of the windows, didn't clean the dashboard, and the tires are still dirty! No shine! I will never ever go back here again. I needed a carwash on a Sunday afternoon. There was only one guy out back and he was miserable and you couldn't understand him. I wanted just the cheapest wash because I had gotten stuck in my backyard and my regular carwash was closed for the day. He wrote on the ticket for a $20 carwash and then when I said I wanted the $7 wash he wrong on the ticket "-3". He starts "rinsing" my vehicle which he didn't get any of the dirt on the window, which whatever it's just a $7 rinse I was expecting. What really ticked me off was he took the thick hard rubber hose and flung it over the roof of my vehicle and dragged it across the roof scratching it. After this whole ordeal I went inside and asked for a manager to which he also gave me an attitude. He tried charging me $15 and I said that I only got a rinse, I didn't even have it towel dried. He charged me $8 at the end of the day and STILL didn't acknowledge that his jerk of an employee scratched my room. We went there for an oil change and the mechanic doing the oil said our air filter was dirty so we had them change it. When we were done we got in the car and the check engine light was on and the car would start but not drive. We ended up having to have our car towed to the dealer and the grand total was almost $1500. I have never come across a place that could screw up an air filter change but did they ever. I went back to classic car care and the owner told me it wasn't their fault and the would not pay our repair bill. We drove in and had to have the car towed out.
