I watched the man doing the vacuuming for the car ahead of me take a call and not do a great job. I was there specifically for vacuuming dog hair up so I mentioned it to him when it was my turn, hoping to ensure a good vacuuming. Unfortunately I'm going to have to find somewhere to do it myself because he missed a lot. They didn't wipe any of the door arm rests either and left wet spray all over the center console and shifter. Sometimes this place gets packed, but there was no rush today there were maybe 10 air fresheners inside on an empty wall, apparently they are 'waiting for restock'. Someone should have ordered before ALL the fresheners were gone?? Is there new ownership? This is why I wanted to get a vacuum inside. Overall the car wasn't filthy just a few spots needed cleaning and well they were all missed. Does the basic wash get ALL way into every crevice and the underside of every ledge on your car? Not really. But I think $13 is a good value for a quick wash and free cloth/vacuum area.

I was immediately confused about how they were even tracking what I paid for versus what everyone else was getting. Turns out, it didn't matter. I got nothing extra. The car went through a basic wash, the job was sloppy, and the car was still visibly dirty when it was "done." The staff seemed disengaged and uninterested, like they didn't want to be there. When I asked about the interior (which is supposed to be included), I was told the wash was finished and handed four quarters to vacuum the car myself. That's not "The Works." That's barely the basics. This was easily the worst car wash experience I've had. I genuinely don't understand what I paid for, and I regret spending the money. The whole operation feels disorganized and misleading. I'd strongly warn others to skip this place and take their business elsewhere. Edit: For anyone reading this, you can make your own assessment by looking through the reviews. There is a consistent pattern in the business's public responses to negative feedback: concerns are frequently dismissed as "silly," "fake," or unfair, and customers are often told they "ran to the internet" rather than having their experience acknowledged.

I specifically chose the platinum service for the mat cleaning, which I did appreciate. That said, I docked one star. The towel dry at the end missed the mark: water was left pooling in several exterior areas and later froze into streaks. The interior vacuum was also pretty mid. It didn't get down to the nitty-gritty, and I was still finding crumbs afterward. I'll give some grace because it was freezing that day, and I imagine it's hard to deliver top-tier detail work when your fingers are basically popsicles. Still, $40 for a car wash isn't nothing, and with a platinum-level service, the expectation is a more thorough finish.
