    I called Class Appliance for my dishwasher repair. No issues with the communication and ease of making an appointment. Upon arrival of the technician I tried to explain the issue and what steps I had done and what I felt was the problem. The technician immediately went into his monologue of how he knew exactly what was wrong and how it was not a very good dishwasher. He would have to order the part and could replace it in a few days. I have had this dishwasher looked at before and it can be hooked up to a computer and have a diagnostic test run, I was surprised that he did not do this. Technician came back within the promised time frame but when the part was replaced the dishwasher still did not work. A call to the manufacturer was made and several other possibilities were discussed and I was now told not only was the original part bad I now needed an additional part for $150 more. How he knew the original was bad baffles me since he still opted to bypass any diagnostic test. At this point I have lost all confidence in his ability and asked that the old part be put back in and he could keep the service/trip/diagnostic fee. The attached pictures are how he left my dishwasher. He has drilled new holes in the side of my cabinet, did not level the dishwasher, replaced the kick plate at an angle and the door does not open smoothly. I can not in good conscience recommend anyone to use this company

    This store is great from appliances to Electronics to furniture, and the staff is what makes it so…read morepleasant at this store, when you enter the door at Aaron's you are met with such a positive and enthusiastic greeting that is where it all begins then I noticed the floor displays which are immaculately in place it makes me want to buy each and everything on the floor but unfortunately I'm not able to do that LOL. My last purchase was Electronics and as usual everything went very smoothly from picking out what I was looking for, to the information about the products given to me by the sales associate to the simplicity of the agreement and signing the paperwork. it always happens without a hitch or a surprise. I'm always impressed with the knowledge that is displayed by the personnel on the products they sell. To me some of the most important people that work there are the delivery drivers due to the fact I always receive a call before they arrive, they deliver on-time, setup, power on and demonstrate the product and never failing to ask if there is anything else that they can do. at that point all I have to do is sit back in the very nice recliner which I purchased from Aaron's with the same positive experience, pick up the remote and start enjoying my new electronics.The loyalty and commitment to the customer from each and every employee is nothing less than a true reflection of the manager over that store which is Rob and assistant-manager Monica. Great selection and they deliver at an affordable rate and very quickly as soon as the same or next day when possible. My daughter loved it-she had a free doughnut and I had a cup of complimentary coffee while I was shopping and that hit the spot. Plenty of parking out front. Thank you again guys!

We've hired Eddie a couple of times and couldn't be more pleased with the work he did. Here are some of the things he took care of around our house: - Installed wifi front door lock - Fixed bedroom door that didn't latch properly, repairing latch and strike plate - Hung large mirror on wall - Installed two interior keypad locks on closet doors - Installed Arlo system -- doorbell and two cameras - Patched drywall I initially found Eddie on Yelp and texted him our project list. He promptly responded back with an estimate and availability. He showed up on-time and texted to let me know he arrived. Eddie is skilled at thinking through projects/requests and solving problems. He's punctual, kind, professional, and affordable. We appreciate that he cleaned up after himself and left our house clean. He sends an itemized invoice and accepts Venmo.
