JUST NO! Spent just under $1K on a scratch-and-dent washer and a used fridge. The fridge turned out to be the same model I already had -- and just as loud. When I reached out within 14 days to ask about an exchange (willing to pay more for something quieter), I was told I only had 48 hours. Nobody mentioned that at the time of purchase -- all I remember hearing was "60 days." I was also told the manufacturer's warranty would cover the washer. Within 30 days, I had to buy a brand-new fridge from Lowe's AND purchase an extended warranty from Whirlpool because the washer started failing too and what I needed wasn't covered. The Salvation Army is picking up the fridge tomorrow, and I'm still trying to get the washer repaired. I'd browsed here a few times before and never bought. The prices never impressed me. This time the owner made a convincing case, and now, only regret. Do yourself a favor -- add 10-20% to your budget and buy new or buy somewhere else. read more

Good review I bought a used washer and it broke on first cycle. I called the guy and he said he call me back. Never did. I called again and he said he was busy I went there sat and yes, they are very busy!! He told me what was wrong with my washer and would send someone Monday afternoon the repair truck came and the washer is fixed. The guy told me don't put too much in the washer. That was not issue- the lid switch was So, yes I would recommend company, but the guy is very busy and looks like he tries to do everything himself and is working too hard Bottom line I am happy with washer. Had a wonderful experience! They have a large selection. I was looking for a specific brand. They had a wash machine exactly like I was looking for. It was a good price. The person helping in the store was knowledgeable. He said he would deliver it the next day. The next day, he arrived. Removed my old washer, installed the new one and replaced the water hoses, free of charge. A very positive experience. I would highly recommend this company. They will be the first place I go when I need to replace an appliance. read more

I needed a fridge/freezer combo and I am on a budget! They helped me with a great refurbished one. The delivery fee was completely worth it. The guys took off my front door, removed my old one, replaced and installed the water lines for me. They gave me directions on how to best use it and how to maintain it. Horrible customer service purchased a used washer and dryer their salesman threw in the hoses to connect in the purchase price and delivery. Very nice guys delivered it HOOKED it up with their hoses it started to leak so I called and the extremely RUDE so called owner argued with me saying no hoses were given saying I was lying that they never give hoses to connect did not let anyone speak talked over the customer so rudely never in my 40 years of being in customer service have I experienced such a RUDE man/ owner!! Called to say he would come and bring hoses next day I said I would never want you near my business. Would never recommend this place because of the so called owner. read more

Horrible company! Everyone we talked to or dealt with was extremely rude. Left the drier unusable after "repairing" it. Repair person would not take responsibility for the drier not working properly after he left the moisture sensor unplugged when putting it back together. Tried for two days to get them to remedy their poor service but could not get them to answer the phone. Called A Arnies Dependable Appliance at 727-787-2800, (see my review on their service), they quickly found the problem and charged us 1/3 the price. I Had used them once before and was happy with cost and time for repair. The gentleman that worked with me last time was so professional. Today they did a no call no show and the Tech's lied said they came by , called me and text and i didn't answer. The lady who answered the phone was zero help and never made any attempt to apologize or even rebook. I had to call her twice trying to give them my business . The technician, who barely speaks English, refused to look for the cause of the motor intermittenly making noise. Someone from his office called to tell him to look for the cause of the noise and he actually held his phone up to the refrigerator so that the caller could hear that there wasn't any noise! He told the caller that I don't know what I'm talking about. I live here! Yes, I do know what I'm talking about. The guy was so rude that I told him to leave. read more

Very disappointed. We bought a dishwasher from them and had them install it: it wasn't an easy install but instead of doing what it took to do it right they just stuck it in and said that's the best they can do. When I looked and it was in crooked by about an inch and said something about it, the installer for upset with me. Finally I just let them do what ever they did and they left. I went to load dishes into it and the first time I pulled the door open the washer came out of the counter about 2 inches, meaning it's just set in there nothing holding it. They kept saying it was the houses fault but the one they took out was installed ok. I'll have to pay someone else to do it right. read more

One of the worst things that a business can do is to take advantage of a senior citizen. This company took advantage of my mother and father in law. About two months ago, they purchased a refrigerator for $900 from this company. Immediately after it was installed, it began to leak. They contacted the company and a repair person was sent. They were never able to stop the leaking. They tried to get the company to come back out but when they call, the owner hangs up. They are left with a refrigerator that leaks constantly. Today, my in laws are forced to purchase another brand new refrigerator from another source. The money they spent was wasted. I am posting this for the future buyers, because this company obviously does not care. They took the money and ran. It is an unethical company. Don't do business here. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Let me just start off by saying I'm the type of person that tips 15% reguardless how poor the service is. Great service gets 20+......these people sold us a microwave that didn't work. I didn't realize it till after I installed it so like normal people we called and they said " no prob, bring it back and we will take care of it". A little annoyed I had to uninstall it but w/e.. take it back, pick it back up, install it AGAIN and it STILL DOESNT WORK!!! I am going to Walmart to make signs and I'm going to sit in front of their place of business to let EVERY would-be customer know how they do business. Seriously ticked off right now!!! read more

They are into blaming others. I bought a stove (scratch/dent) and a used fridge with 90 day warranty. The fridge gave an obvious whining sound, quite loud. We taped it. They sent out a guy that replaced a freezer fan to no avail. Tried again to no avail. Called the owner who unbelievably said "Those fridges just make those noises". We said we didn't believe that, nobody would buy them new. The guy that put in the new stove was good but was supposed to build siding on each side. He also installed track lighting but one track was done incorrectly. He was ill for a while but eventually never answered and neither job got done. Buyer beware. read more

Do not shop here! The owner, Jit, is not only rude, but unethical. I drove from the New Port Richey store because he told his wife that he had a built-in microwave and offered it for $500. I looked at the microwave, accepted the price and told him I wanted to purchase. I offered to pay right then, but he said to wait because I was coming back to see a refrigerator in a couple of days. He did not return calls for product number, but his wife gave it when I called her. Had cabinet design created around specs for this product. I went today to pick up the appliance, and he said he decided not to sell it, but to keep it for himself. He was so rude to me that a complete stranger waited outside to comment. I asked him if this was the way he does business, and his response was, "Yes, it is." Buyer beware. read more
