They gave me antibiotic drops and sent me on my way. Days passed and I had no relief. I googled local eye Drs and ended up here due to their awesome reviews. The office is very clean and the front desk women are personable. I met with Dr Diaz and she is AWESOME! She has a great bedside manner, is happy and takes time to listen to you and answer questions. She was insanely thorough and did several exams to get me answers. She showed me my eyes were having an angry histamine response. She set me up with the proper eye prescriptions and within one day I was seeing major improvement. I just completed my follow-up and again, she was great. This place is 10/10! We appreciate you guys and the way you treat patients. Rare find these days!

Completed my eye exam and I was told I had no changes to my vision. Good. So, they charge my deductible and that was it. Everything was smooth from there. However, when I was trying to order contacts from 1800Contacts (which I do at least 4 time a year). Eye Site Center refused to renew my prescription because I didn't do the "contacts exam"... They never even told me I either needed it or would like to do it in August. So, they were trying to have me come in and pay for another exam that was not needed. All they had to do was renew my prescription from last year's "contact exam" or use the results from the August exam and I will be able to order my contacts. Which I ONLY NEEDED TILL January since I will be doing LASIK. I will no longer continue to do any eye exams at this location! You've been warned!!!

The staff in the reception area are so kind, and very knowledgeable in letting you know what is covered under your plan. I never have to wait too long to be seen. In fact, all of my appointments have been on time. The technicians are great with getting you through each eye test station, and scanning the back of the eye with all the latest technology. It's an additional cost (not covered) for the OCT, but it's well worth it. It's highly recommended if you have a family history of glaucoma (like me). I've been seeing Dr. Hollis and Dr. Wright for 3 years now. They are both wonderful. They've been great in addressing all of my concerns, and offering great solutions. I've also been super happy with the opticians. I wasn't really able to wear progressive lenses until coming to this practice. I'm not sure why. All I can say is that every pair I've received here have been perfect. Picking out frames by myself has never been an easy task. The opticians here have always been able to find the right frames for the shape of my face. They make the whole frame shopping experience seamless and pleasant. I never feel rushed to make a decision. I never feel like they are trying to sell me expensive frames, unless I'm leaning that way. They truly have a knack for finding the right fit, and at a good price range. I don't think I've ever had an issue with the finished product. It's always a great experience!

I feel bad for the doctor that she has to have these people in the office work for her. They have no compassion at all and they lie to customers about the prices. And if you dont pay it, they take everything from you including the contacts in your eyes that the doctor gave you. I will do everything i possibly can to make sure this office looks bad to every customer. No matter what it takes! I wont give up either. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I brought my entire family here for years and left glowing reviews--until the original doctor left. What remains is an operation defined by disorganization, poor service, and zero accountability. The exam itself was mediocre but acceptable. Everything after that was not. I did learn that I now have slightly less than perfect vision but was told I dont really need distance lenses. Good to know. I waited roughly 30 minutes post-exam without acknowledgment, then spent over an hour trying to order glasses while staff repeatedly abandoned me to fix another employees' mistakes. In total, I was in the office more than 2.5 hours. I clearly and repeatedly ordered Costa sunglasses with only a reading prescription in the bottom--no distance correction whatsoever. This was confirmed verbally. I paid ~$500 out of pocket and was told they'd be ready January 8. January 15th comes-No call. No update. The patient portal showed a cancelled order and a replacement order--with no explanation. My calls and voicemails went unanswered. When I finally reached two weeks later, I was met with excuses ("We had Wi-Fi issues so we couldn't check our voicemail"). I was told my glasses had been there over a week and they had tried to call me--I asked what number they called, they gave me my wife's number, despite that being corrected multiple times. I had my wife check her phone and voicemail--they never actually contacted either of us. When I finally picked up the glasses--over a month after the appointment--they were made incorrectly, with a distance prescription I explicitly declined. At that point, I requested a refund. I was told they couldn't do that and a manager would call me... and once again, they confirmed the wrong phone number. Absolutely helpless. So far.. No call. No refund. I fear I am going to have to down there every day until I the "manager" is working when I get there. This is not a one-off mistake; it's a pattern of negligence, poor training, and indifference to patients' time and money. If you care about your eyes--or basic professionalism--take your business elsewhere.
