The kitchen had everything we were looking for to cook our meals and enjoy eating them outdoors on the Lani. This was especially important to our family as one of our children has food allergies and traveling can at times be challenging. We would have loved a crockpot, but we were able to make do with having all the other cookware. They also are completely physically unable to actually do any work on properties themselves or save you money on repairs by knowing what needs to be done and how to do it. They will charge top dollar for their services and return very little value. They will also turn away renter after renter when your property is vacant and burn away your entire profit margin and more while they pore through the results of their credit checks. Old, cantankerous and out of touch is my assessment of them. The rental market will be better off when they finally retire.

Broken kitchen tile when we moved in. We left the house cleaner than We received it. Lived with a house full of termites that they would not deal with.
