It was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The open living area was especially great for hanging out together, and the kids loved the large community pool just steps away. The owners were also so kind and welcoming. Any issue that came up was quickly looked into and addressed, and we really appreciated how responsive and thoughtful they were. Even the little things, like having a baby crib and monitor, made a big difference and showed a lot of care. The home is clean, well maintained, and beautifully furnished. It really feels like a real home, not just a rental. We also loved how easy everything was -- the grocery store/market is just a few minutes away, and access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was a huge bonus. Great snorkeling there too. I have pictures showing a bathroom drawer when we moved in with used floss, roaches, and hair. Termite poop on our bathroom counter, black mold in the washing machine I tried to scrub. Broken kitchen tile when we moved in. We left the house cleaner than We received it. Lived with a house full of termites that they would not deal with. Boundless said one thing at my walk through and then charged for things never mentioned and damage from before we moved in.
