Anything that I asked was answered with her confidence; I knew I wanted to work with her. I had an external issue with my psychiatrist and their staff -- which could've hindered my ability to get surgery. Dr. Khan (and staff) went out of their way to help me with this situation. Lemme tell ya, Dr. Khan is a BOSS! She knows her information, has all the knowledge, and carries a lot of respect. This is mainly a review on how awesome the staff is. I mean my new breasts look great, but the entire staff is even greater!

I initially visited Dr. Khan last year to discuss removing my breast implants and just going…read morenatural, she talked me into getting new implants that would be larger to fill my pocket. I had just had twins that weren't walking yet so I explained I couldn't have surgery until they were walking. Sadly, my kids are almost two and still not walking, but I arranged with family to be able to not need to lift them and to schedule surgery for September. I was SO EXCITED! I called to put down my deposit, but was told that because it had almost been a year since my initial consult that I needed to come in again, so I did and was appreciative that I wasn't going to be charged another consult fee. The nurse and staff were all so kind in explaining this to me so I scheduled the second visit. After having pleasant conversations with the aesthetician and nurse, Dr. Khan comes in and seemed different than our first visit (which btw I thought fondly of her from), in this visit she hastily took my measurements again and explained that my breasts were now much more saggy and I needed not just implants, but a lift. I didn't understand her thought process so I explained that and that I didn't want more scars which would be involved with a lift. She then said, "Let me put this into terms you'll understand, you know when you fill a grocery bag with more stuff and it just sags..." ... I think asked, "Do you think my nipples are going to be downward facing if I don't do the lift too?" And she said "I don't know, but that's why you come to me and not Dr. Google." Honestly, I just didn't understand why I couldn't get a better explanation for the lift and maybe I do need one, but if she was treating me like this during consult then I didn't think she would take any of my other questions very well either. My feelings were hurt, I was so excited to schedule surgery coming in, but she didn't seem interested in helping me so I decided to just leave and booked an appointment with another surgeon in the area. If she could work on explaining reasoning better or maybe showing some examples that would be helpful.

I was very surprised when I tried to schedule myself for Juvederm injections recently…read more 9 and 10 years ago I received Juvederm injections at Dr. Anderson's spa and it went perfectly. 2 years ago I went in for Juvederm injections and had a bad reaction. The nurse asked what other medications I recently had and I told her I had a Physer covid booster 2 days prior. She quickly got an antidote to neutralize the reaction. She was apologetic for someone not telling me to avoid certain medications before getting Juvederm injections. She treated me very well, apologized and gave me ice pads for my face. And I felt it was my fault for getting the covid booster before the Juviderm. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was very surprised. It was very ugly. It was surly a bad reaction. I texted the spa and told them that my face was very ugly. Now, fast forward to present day: I made the appointment on November 19th. Then I received a call from a woman who said that I could not return to the spa at all for anything because of the way I acted after the Juvederm reaction 2 years ago. She continued to accuse me of many things. She told me that, at that time, she tried to call me back to the spa, and I wouldn't come. (I don't remember this) She said, that I told her to stop harassing me. I believe this as a lie. I would never say that because she was nice to me at the time. I remember the nurse was not mad at me 2 years ago, nor was I mad at her or upset at anyone. It was a continual verbal abuse on the phone and a very big surprise. I don't know why she would make these accusations at this time. Possible she thought that the same Juvederm reaction would take place if I had it done, and it would embarrass her or the spa?? Or, she didn't like me texting the spa to tell how I saw my face? I don't know. My wife and I spent well over $45,000 on plastic surgery and some on Juvederm from Doctor Anderson during the last 20 years and everything was great with high quality, perfect surgeries. Why am I treated this way now? This above is the absolute truth. I am a Christian and it would be very difficult for me to lie.

Dr. Liland is phenomenal. He's done breast augmentations for three (maybe even four!) of my cousins and several of our friends and family friends too. His work is consistently incredible, and now I completely understand why he comes so highly recommended. Beyond his skill, what truly sets this practice apart is the staff. From the moment you walk in, Maria and Betty greet you with warm smiles and are always ready to help with any questions. During my orientation and pre-op appointments, my nurses Olivia and Angela were amazing--professional, kind, and incredibly supportive. Even months later, I know I can reach out with any questions, and Angela especially has continued to be quick and reassuring whenever I've needed follow-up guidance. Dr. Liland is in his element right now. He's not just great at what he does--he truly cares and takes pride in delivering amazing results. Whether you're considering breast augmentation or any other procedure, I couldn't recommend this office more. You'll feel welcomed, informed, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. Dr Ricardo Meade - This Man Is A Unicorn…read more I moved back to Dallas after being gone for 30 years. I did not have anyone to provide referrals for services I may need, and I was considering having a lower face and neck lift. Fortunately, I am an internet sleuth and did massive amounts of research, so you don't have to. Aside from the fact that he is the top plastic surgeon in Dallas, his client reviews are also glowing. What stood out to me was how every review cited how much time he spends with you, whether it's a consultation or follow-up visit, etc. Even with this knowledge, I was still amazed by how very true those statements were. The night before my surgery, I had last-minute changes to my post-op care. He and his staff jumped through hoops to resolve MY issue. You will NEVER experience this with another doctor, nor their staff. He has a bedside manner that most do not, and he understands the importance of his name on his work. Anyone I encounter is shocked at how amazing I look since my surgery. Other places I go, for basic beauty/maintenance services (hair, nails, pilates), are beside themselves as they have seen their fair share of clients who have had plastic surgery, and they tell me that my results are the best they've ever seen. I told Dr Meade's office that not only did they make the entire process easy, but it was often enjoyable. I always look forward to my appointments. I rarely write reviews, but if I could give Dr. Meade ten stars, I would.

I underwent a full mommy makeover in November with this office and I truly wish I had looked deeper…read moreinto post-operative complication management before choosing this surgeon. While the office is now attempting to frame my outcome as a normal healing process and unavoidable complication, my actual experience over the last several months tells a very different story. Following surgery, I experienced significant wound healing complications that required a wound vac, debridement surgery costing me over $1,000 out of pocket, antibiotics, Santyl, mupirocin, ongoing wound dressings/supplies, drainage issues, and prolonged healing complications beginning as early as December. At the same time, I repeatedly communicated concerns regarding increasing hardness, high-riding implants, asymmetry, discomfort, abnormal appearance, and progressive tightness. I sent numerous photos and messages over the course of months expressing that things did not feel or look right. Most of these concerns were repeatedly attributed to "drop and fluff," swelling, settling, massage, or needing more time to heal. Now that revision surgery is being recommended by other surgeons, it is extremely frustrating to look back at months of documented concerns that were continually minimized as normal healing. It is also frustrating to now receive lengthy explanations defending the management of my care rather than acknowledgment that perhaps more aggressive evaluation or intervention should have occurred earlier. The office has stated they offered in-person evaluations, but much of my follow-up care was intentionally managed virtually through photos and messaging, which I relied on heavily because I trusted their guidance. At no point was I made to feel the severity of my concerns warranted urgent intervention until things had progressed significantly. What has been most disappointing is not just the complications themselves, because complications can happen with any surgery, but the feeling of repeatedly advocating for myself while being reassured everything was normal despite worsening symptoms and mounting additional expenses. Between the wound vac, debridement, medications, wound care, time off work, emotional stress, and now revision surgery costs, this experience has been physically, emotionally, and financially exhausting. Patients considering a major cosmetic procedure here should strongly consider not only before-and-after photos, but also how postoperative complications and patient concerns are handled when things do not go as planned.

To give some context I've only ever had C sections before this, so going into a completely elective surgery was honestly terrifying for me. But every single time I walked into their office, I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Vennemeyer is incredibly professional, supportive, and reassuring, and his staff are some of the warmest, most comforting people I've ever met. Even though I live out of state and had to travel for my procedure, the entire process was seamless. Their team was so accommodating with my schedule, and they truly went above and beyond leading up to surgery. They made sure I completed all of my pre-op testing on time and even reached out to other doctors on my behalf to ensure my results came in before my procedure. That level of care meant everything to me. Dr. Vennemeyer also provided extensive pre-op education over a hundred pages of information plus videos which answered every question I had (and even ones I didn't think to ask). It made me feel so prepared and confident going into surgery. The day of surgery was honestly such a calm and positive experience. I told my husband it felt more like I was walking into a spa than a surgical center. The entire team was so kind, gentle, and attentive. I thought I would be terrified walking into the operating room, but instead, I felt completely taken care of. I remember them making sure I was comfortable and cozy in the bed... and then I woke up. I'm only a few days post-op, but I already feel amazing thanks to Dr. Vennemeyer's multi-modal pain management approach. My recovery has been so much smoother than I expected. If you're considering a procedure and feeling nervous like I was, I truly cannot recommend Dr. Vennemeyer and his team enough. They made what felt like a scary experience into something calm, smooth, and incredibly positive.
