No showed me and didn't respond to attempts to reach him. On a positive note, he did do a temporary fix the first time he came out and didn't charge me because he was supposed to return to do permanent fix and was going to charge me then. Really, nice guy but you shouldn't no show appointments then ignore customer's attempts to contact you. read more

I recently purchased a new home and discovered that I had a leak in my system. Alex was able to come by first thing in the morning to assess and fix the issue. He also noticed a few other things that needed to be fixed and mentioned that they could do the service or that it would be an easy DIY job if I preferred. Since I wasn't familiar with sprinkler systems, I preferred that he go ahead. I was surprised, however, when he offered to walked me through the entire process and gave me tips for maintaining the system. My request was to have two drip lines installed around my house's foundation, and to integrate them into my existing system. I also requested that the existing rain sensor be repaired or replaced. Alex was absolutely fantastic to work with. He showed up at my house as promised. His listened to my needs, asked clarifying questions, and gave me a quote for the work - which I accepted. Alex committed to call me within a couple of days with a schedule for the work. The work was scheduled, and Alex arrived as committed. The work was completed quickly. Alex walked me through how to adjust the controller settings for the two new circuits and rain sensor. I would definitely use Clark Irrigation again if needed, and highly recommend them. read more

Woke up to a huge leak in the yard going onto the street and they were able to come over and shut off the water immediately to a completely broken valve. They ended up coming later that evening squeezing me into the schedule and fixed several issues that we had. Very knowledgeable and fair, highly recommend! read more

Had used this company for years. After having a difficult time getting on their schedule, I got an appoinment and requested a full evaluation of our system and that they fix several broken heads and lines. Charged me $200 and apparently did not really check the system for a head was still completely broken and about 6 heads were putting out way too much water. I called the next day after they were at my house to get them to come back. Took 5 calls and finally got someone only to have them not recall me or my house. Totally uncooperative. Had to find another company to service us. read more

I'll start off by saying something nice but the rest of this review will not be positive. I think the guy does good work and the price is reasonable. The company has positive reviews on other sites. That being said... I would not recommend this company the owner is extremely rude and hard to deal with. The negative reviews I've read on other sites mirror my experience with him. I spent all day calling contractors due to the recent hail storm. I also noticed now that it was spring my sprinkler system was acting up. I called numerous contractors and most were booked for weeks or didn't return calls to setup an appointment. I called Clark and spoke to Steve the owner. He was very friendly on the phone and I'd requested because his property was a rental and I couldn't be there to call me to get the work approved and to arrange payment. He shows up, does the work without asking (and more than what I'd originally asked for), and then is rude and hateful on the phone because I wasn't there to pay him. I didn't know at the time he was the guy on site so I called the "office" number to get things figured out. He throws a tantrum over the phone and hangs up on me! I dropped off payment at his house the same day (he doesn't have an office) and he hasn't returned calls or emails. At first I thought I had mixed up the contractors and made arrangements with a different company but I looked back at my notes and emails this was clearly the owner not remembering our conversation and not a mistake on my part. I reached out to these guys and they were VERY responsive. We set a date and they showed within 10 minutes of the arrival on the day we set. They were professional, courteous, and extremely diligent in their work. I told them what I needed done, and after answering a few questions from them, they performed a complete inspection of my irrigation system to be sure nothing else was wrong with my system. Sure enough, they found another head that was damaged that I had missed. They located all of my valve boxes, checked them, and replaced the damaged unit in question. I've had MANY trades to my home- these guys TOP the list! I will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend! read more

Fantastic job! Bryan came out replaced heads, dug up a few to raise and straighten them, patched 2 big drip line leaks, reprogrammed controller, and readjusted some heads. Good price, very quick I will use again. read more

I was very pleased with my experience working with Clark Irrigation. Alex and his father were able to work me into their schedule within 48 hours of contacting him. My deck drains weren't draining properly and they were able to quickly analyze the problem and help me determine a solution. Great company! Fast response time, found the leak right away and noticed several other equipment problems. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. The work was completed quickly and they cleaned up the work-site so well it was hardly noticeable where they had been digging. The price was very reasonable. These guys came out to my house on time and fixed my wiring on my sprinkler system and they repaired a sprinkler head that was leaking. In addition, Alex showed me where water was bubbling up from the ground. Sure enough, he found a sprinkler pipe that was pierced with a gardening edge stake. They were very professional and affordable. If I ever have an issue in the future, these are the guys I will call. read more

I had Clark come out 3 days ago, on short notice, and delt with Steve, the owner. I told him I wanted the system checked out and repaired, and that's exactly what they did. They put a new control box in the garage and 5 new sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced. They adjusted all the heads and put a box in that is simple to work. They have been out before and their work is fast,competetive and high quality. I will use again if needed.. read more
