Excellent experience at the Clark County Shooting range! Staff were welcoming and provided great education and feedback. The facilities are nice and clean. Will definitely be returning!

Second time shooting ever, with my first time being over 10 years ago. Not too bad.

I came here with friends for the Annie Oakley program on September 23 and October 7. Really amazing program and instructors here! They are thorough and patient, friendly, and didn't make me feel the least bit intimidated or uneasy. I had only been shooting one other time and it was 10 years prior to those nights. I really appreciate they offer a women's only class. Looking forward to going again soon with friends! I hope this program never ends and am so appreciative everything that they offer.

My husband and I came here last week for the beginner's shooting class and had a great experience. I've always been a bit uncomfortable around guns, but my friend suggested I try shooting as a stress reliever. After months of contemplating, I decided to give it a try and asked my husband to come along for support and also since it's been a really long time since he's gone shooting - thought a refresher couldn't hurt. Everyone at the range was incredibly friendly and our instructor Rich was very professional and taught me so much about handling a gun properly and how to safely shoot. I ended up having a fantastic time and it really was a great stress relief. The indoor facilities / classrooms were very clean. Both buildings had nice restrooms on site. The shooting area was perfectly maintained, covered, and they have it built out so you can place your target at your preferred distance. I cannot recommend the Clark County Shooting Complex enough. This was a very positive experience for my first time handling a gun.

Great shooting range with dedicated areas for rifles, pistols, shotguns, and archery. The prices are very reasonable, and there's plenty of staff on hand to ensure safety and keep everything secure. Whether you're a beginner or experienced shooter, it's a well-maintained facility that makes you feel comfortable and confident while practicing your skills.

You can be a gunman without a rifle. You can archery a fossilized arrowhead without a bow. You can be Armed with a pair of guns without any firearms. Whether you are there as a practicing marksman. Or running up that elevated pathway for personal achievement. That mountain peak view never gets old.

    What a view!

I went here this past Sunday and the place is huge. It is very clean and organized, and there are many shooting options and inexpensive. The office staff is very helpful and super friendly. On the range the safety is well regulated and the range officers are really great. They were very friendly and very helpful. The experience was really enjoyable from start to finish. I forgot how nice it was to shoot outdoors. I only brought 5 of my firearms, I should have brought the other 5 and stayed the entire day!

Out door range is great. On summer days make sure to get here early because one it gets full and to get away from the heat. Bring water. The staff is incredible. They will assist you if you have any questions regarding your firearm and give you some pointers.

Nice, organized, clean, range that has plenty of distance options! Decided to check this place out since I usually go out on my own in Sloan or Jean when I do my outdoor distance shooting. I needed to zero a optic for a new .308 rifle I got, and wanted to do it at a professional range with actual distance markers. Read plenty of reviews on this place, I've been living in Vegas for over 6 years now and as avid shooter, I decided to drive up here and give it a try. When it comes to the gun/2A community, it can be a very unwelcoming feeling sometimes when you visit certain gun shops/gun ranges. In my experience, if you don't look a certain way, sometimes you don't get the best customer service or taken seriously. I'll just leave it at that without going into detail. But this place was very friendly and welcoming! From the front counter staff to all the RSO's on the firing line! The ladies at the front desk were very polite and courteous with the whole check in/checkout process, after I told them it was my first time here they were very happy to help me and answer all my questions. The RSO's on the line are friendly and welcoming as well. They have a good system of managing the safety for everyone on the range and are also very accommodating with any questions you have. I've been in this hobby for a while now so gun safety is second nature to me. The RSO's can be stern when they need to be as I witnessed a few young shooters not following directions of a cold range and handling their firearms when they weren't supposed to, so the staff is always on their toes, as they should be. This is defiantly a great range to check out, I brought 2 rifles with me, so next time I'll bring some pistols to try out the handgun side of the range. I'll also bring some friends and family here when we are looking to shoot! I live on the complete opposite side of town, but it's definitely worth the 35 minute drive!

It was my first time coming to this range and my very first time trying out my new firearm. Everyone here is so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. I never had to look for anyone because they were right there. Wish it was indoors but overall, I enjoyed the experience.

I am brand new to owning and handling guns. I wanted to gain confidence in myself and my capabilities and decided to take up learning to shoot as a hobby. With a little research, I chose to buy a Glock 19 and took it to the range to well... Learn on my own lol. When first arriving you have to watch a 8 minute video about rules and safety at the range and are the provided a yellow card to show you watched it. I then bought a blue card that allows for 12 visits to the range. I was very VERY nervous upon walking to the shooting table and felt so out of place. My dad and brother in law were with me but they were brand new too. We took target practice up as a family hobby all at the same time and it was only their second time going so they also did not know what they were doing. Every few tables is a range safety officer and all of them are very knowledgeable and know their ways around most guns people bring to the range. They immediately saw I was a beginner and were more than ready to help. A older gentleman stood behind me, ready to give me advice and show me how to properly hold my gun, clear the jams, and help me learn to prevent the jams in the first place. I learned a lot more than I ever expected the first time I went but I was still nervous and new. I stuck with it and kept going every couple days. Each time I went either the same older gentleman or a new person would walk around sweeping up the bullet casings while being watchful and ready to jump in whenever anyone needed help with anything and always readily helped me whenever I needed it. After 4 visits I was confident enough to take my CCW and passed easily. After 10 visits I was confident enough to purchase a Glock 44 for cheaper target practice and a Glock 43X MOS for my CCW. I did a lot of research for the guns I bought and read all manuals. I had learned enough over my time at the range to walk in with my 2 brand new guns and handle them easily without help. I wouldn't recommend going to the range with literally 0 experience like I did lol but if you are inexperienced and worried about safety then this is the place to be. They are very friendly and super ready to help in anyway possible and if one person can't answer a question they will find another who can. I've seen more experienced shooters get annoyed by all the safety rules but when you have dummies like me those rules are definitely necessary!

Some of the range officers can be way over bearing and it takes from the experience and almost makes it less safe and more stressful.

The members of the club are sponsoring the fee for anyone to take the Stop the Bleed course during this month, so it was completely free for me to take the course today. The classroom was easy to get to via Google Maps and then following the signage to the range. There's no running water out there but there are portable toilets and wash station. The classroom is in an air conditioned building which was nice. Despite the class size of only 4 people today, we had 2 instructors, both emergency medical personnel with military and law enforcement medical experience. During the four hour class we got to practice using various types of tourniquets on ourselves and each other in case we are injured and need to self rescue. We even tested the tourniquet on an instructor wearing a spurting arm cuff so that we could test how good our skills were. In addition to tourniquet techniques, we learnt how to pack and stabilize wounds. For example, if a knife is left in place, to prevent it from moving around and cutting more parts internally, you have to stabilize the knife rather than taking it out. We also practiced on a spurting leg model that was made off of a scan of a real rifle shot victim's leg. You could feel where the bone had been hit and scooped out. We used coagulating gauze to help stop the bleed. Overall the class was fantastic and while I definitely will need to practice, I feel more confident in my ability to help others in distress right now than I did this morning prior to class. I definitely appreciate that the club cares enough about the community that they're willing to pay for anyone to take the course this month. Visited: May 2026

We grabbed area 10 that had a picnic table (they all do in this area) to sit @ and he went to the trailer to grab the targets & set us up. We got a nice, long, thorough lesson on how to properly hold a gun, the rules of handling a gun, he even had a fake plastic one for us to practice holding along with some other "gun" stuff. Anyways my review is about Boulder Rifle & Pistol not my great new friend.......lol This place is super nice, very clean with a great set up. Even the port-a-potties are clean & don't stink!! There is no hand washing station so I would bring some hand sanitizer/hand wipes. Each station has a trashcan to dispose of your trash. You must pick up your bullet casings after you're done shooting & put them in the orange bucket next to the rake. The area we were @ someone didn't pick up their bullet shells naughty peeps! An employee did stop by to check on the trash can. I was amazed @ how nice & clean this range is. I've never shot guns outside just in inside ranges. My friend said it is set up in a way that others shouldn't end up getting shot. You're not allowed to shoot up in the air as that's a safety issue. This place is huge that's all I'm gonna say with different areas to shot in. Very well kept. I'm glad my friend gave us detailed directions on how to get into this place as it can be confusing and a little ways in from the main street. Once your inside you have to oblige to the 10mph speed limit or you can be asked to leave. I got to shoot my friend's Daniel Defense SBR with an 11.5" barrel (see photos & video) which was super cool & to think a few yrs ago I was scared of guns. I found that I really liked his Glock 19, Gen 5, MOS. He had custom triggers on all of his guns we tried out. Friendly suggestions: bring sunscreen to protect your skin. It can get hot out here & some spots do have a nice breeze but dress accordingly. Bring lots of water to drink, even electrolyte ones would be good to have. Bring some snacks just in case you may get hungry. I brought a cooler that I kept some bottle water in with a sandwich I made. I had a change of clothes in the car since I wore long sleeve shirt, jeans & sneakers. I threw on flip flops, shorts & a t-shirt on my way out. It's always a good idea to have a foldable chair in your car to have as an extra seat, even an umbrella to give you shade. I saw a bunch of those pull wagons for the competing guys that they used to lug their stuff around. Remember & know the gun rules (see my photos). Be safe & have fun!!
