Meg is the contact person for this company and she maintained contact with every step of the way from scheduling an in-home estimate, processing the down payment and when the order came in to the scheduled installation, which was sooner than I expected. In turn, my stepfather contacted him, for a total of 3 contacts. They discussed further some additional information with again the promise that he would call back to make final arrangements. Needless, to say Buddy never called back. After wasting 2 weeks of our time this so called PROFESSIONAL did not ever have the decency to follow up as promised! I would surmise that if you were to have a problem with him it is doubtful, in my opinion, that you would achieve a successful resolution.
