If you are suffering or looking to get treatment for dry eye disease I strongly suggest you go someplace else. I wanted to like this place and I tried for months but after spending a lot of money and following the "treatment" plan provided I saw no positive results. After getting a second opinion I realized that the doctor here ignored many of my symptoms and did not diagnose me properly or check things thoroughly. I do not believe they take dry eye disease seriously. My condition is severe but was taken very lightly by the Doctor. I would also like to add that they delete negative google reviews. read more

GREAT selection of glasses from upscale trendy styles to traditional looks. More importantly is that Dr. Most is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the eye exam, takes the time to explain everything and actually cares about your eye health. First time customers. I called and scheduled a appointment for my daughter and myself one week prior to my appointment. I gave all the insurance information at that time. I took off work for the Saturday appointment arrived at Clarity about twenty minutes early. Approached the counter handed her the insurance cards and she stated that she did not have our verified insurance information. And could not verify until Monday. She was not sorry or anything. Dr. Most is the best optometrist I have seen over the last 15 years. Through numerous moves, I've been to a handful of eyecare facilities. I have yet to find a cleaner, more state of the art office. After being greeted by the friendly staff, I was offered a coffee and waited for my appointment while watching TV. The eye exam felt exceptionally thorough and was pleasant to the point that I wasn't hoping it would be over soon. After choosing some new glasses, I was also able to find a new pair of Maui Jim's that I had been searching for. It's nice to have a local place to buy designer sunglasses without having to go to the mall. I cannot say enough about how much I recommend this office, and immediately scheduled an appointment for my wife and daughter. This place is top notch! read more

Friendly, highly professional staff with eye care that is far above any optometrist that I have ever used. The store is modern, well equipped with nice selection of glasses. I was recommended to this place by a friend. When I called, the receptionist had such a lovely voice, very cheery (I feel like at a lot of places the receptionists sound like you're bothering them). When I arrived, I came in through the back and the receptionist actually came back to greet me! She was so nice and inviting (and I LOVED her glasses). The place is GORGEOUS. Whoever designed it has awesome taste, it's basically everything I want in my house from the floors to the wall color to the cool ceiling. Just the kind of place you wouldn't mind hanging out in (even though I didn't have to wait at all). Anyway, she got me started right away with a few tests. Then I saw Dr. Elston. He was incredibly kind, with a very patient, calm demeanor. Though the exam didn't take long, and I had no problems or complaints about the current contacts I was using, he was very thorough in making sure I had the perfect prescription. I imagine most places would just give me more of what I had and send me on my way, but Dr. Elston wanted to make absolutely sure he couldn't top it with something better. I've been to probably only 3 other eye doctors in my life, but this is the FIRST time I had the doctor show me all the photos he took of my eyes, and explain what exactly he was looking for in terms of any red flags. I learned a lot about eye health; it was definitely the most educational eye appointment I've ever had. Though I didn't get frames at this visit, I can say that they had a great selection. I will definitely continue to go to Clarity for all my future eye appointments! read more

WOW! Is the first thing that comes to mind when I think about my experience at Clarity Advanced Eyecare. From the time I walked in I was pleasantly greeted and felt taken care of. The office is clean, open, and bright. Everything felt very high tech and high end (there was even a little coffee bar). I was able to browse around prior to my appointment time (which started on time, as scheduled) and am happy to say that there are a wide variety of frames to choose from. I was looking for something stylish and with a little bit of color---I was not disappointed! There were so many! I saw Dr. Elston, for my exam and he was excellent. His knowledge of the eye and eye related disease made me feel comfortable. I was so happy that he took the time to go through every part of the exam with me thoroughly. There was nothing that wasn't explained in a way that had me walking away going "wait, what did he say?" or "what was that again". He was polite, professional and will definitely be seeing him for my annual exams to come. Andrea helped me at the end of my appointment to pick out glasses. She was knowledgeable about what frame fit me the best, and helped me with lens options (without help this part is always confusing). I walked away feeling like this frame was chosen specifically for me, and I had reasons to back it up! All in all I had an excellent experience at Clarity Advanced Eyecare. I would recommend this office to anyone that cares about their eyes and wants their experience to be an exceptional one. read more
