If you're from here, Clancy's is a good Pittsburgh Mill Bar. Not much of a beer selection...one or two non-Macro brews on tap with the traditional favorites of Yuengling and Miller Lite. Typical but tasty bar food like wings, burgers, and cheesesteaks, but they have good salads too. Bartenders and waitresses are good, not overly friendly...typical of what you'd expect from a blue collar bar. Big bar where most patrons congregate and a small dining area. Neither will make you say "wow" but they're clean and accommodating. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit, but if you're a local or are staying close by, you'll get good food and a beer at a reasonable price. read more

They are better than my dad's wings, even my dad admits they make better wings than he does. You should try the wet Cajun wings. It may sound gross, but I'm not joking, I was eating it like soup with a spoon! their upper decker burger was huge and delicious so much cheese and the patty was huge. I ate more here than I did on Thanksgiving. Service was great too, they did not forget about us, and they were nice too. The decorations were great all around the room in the back. In the front they had Amazing music playing and people were singing to it and having a jolly old time. This place has good. service, atmosphere, food everything you could want from a restaurant. This is by far the best wing place in the country and probably my favorite restaurant!!!! read more

We were really craving some wings and heard that Clancy's Pub has some of the best in the area. Despite the reviews, we headed over to the pub to give them a try. We regretted it quickly after we arrived. The pub itself is an older venue in Dravosburg. It's your typical outdated, old school bar. It was pretty dead in there - perhaps because it was around 9:15pm on a weeknight. We grabbed some seats at the bar as we were going to order a few drinks, too, and figured it would be easier. They didn't have too many beers on tap so I just ordered a Yuengling and others with me ordered Sam Adams. We checked out the menu and placed our order for the wings around 9:30pm. They were about $1.25 per wing and they had a variety of flavors. We ordered 10 wings and picked hot, extreme hot, garlic parm, and hot ranch for the flavors. As we were sitting there, there were some pretty loud, intoxicated people at the end of the bar. It made it hard to watch the hockey game/hold a conversation; and, to be honest, I was hoping they had called for an Uber ride home when they wound up leaving around 10:00pm. (They did not seem to be in good shape to drive.) We continued to wait for our wings and at this point, it was about 10:15pm. Not once since we placed the order did the bartender go to check on the wings or at least let us know they were coming out soon. He mainly stood at the end of the bar chatting with some people sitting there. Around 10:30pm, we finally called for the bartender and asked what the hold up was. He went to check on them and came back to tell us they'd be right out. About 15 minutes later, they came out. I wouldn't say the wings were the best and they definitely were not worth the 1hr+ wait. The wings sat in puddles of the sauces and didn't have a whole lot of flavor overall. The hot ranch sauce itself was tasty but the wings in general were not. I was pretty disappointed. Perhaps with this feedback, they'll improve the service. I don't think we'll be stopping back anytime soon. read more

First time to Clancy's over this following weekend, and boy let me tell you it was COMPLETELY worth it. I am actually upset this was my first time there. I have always heard about the place & how great the food was but was always skeptical as I am VERY picky. The bartender was a pure gentleman & had a full bar & made sure everyone stayed satisfied. I ordered the cheese balls, probably the best ones I have ever had!!!! Also the french fries, which there are 3 different choices, I chose battered with cheese. AMAZING! Then I left taking home my appetizers as I was full, also the turkey club sandwich! Great food. Great people! Great setting! AWESOME SERVICE! : ) read more

Cold cheap beer. Good bar food. Good service. Looking for a great Pittsburgh style fish sandwich, this is the place to go. The breading is light, fish is more than plentiful and a good side of home cut fries. Good grilled chicken salads or steak. Soup of day is homemade and lots of specials. All the food is great here. But the best thing they have is their wings. Their wings are simply fantastic!! The "Wet Cajun" are by the best & most popular. I also like the seasoned salt wings. Wing Night is Monday & Wednesday night, $0.75 whole wings! The dining area is nice. Very family friendly! The bar is very nice is well. This place is truly a Yinzer's dream!! Wing sauce is like water. Pretty much a lot of butter and some hot sauce (franks red hot maybe). The whole wings are good size and crispy, but for $1 a wing the sauce could be better. The hot and extra hot are about the same flavor/heat. The fish sandwich is good and is a large portion, sides are decent. read more

We checked this place out this past Monday for their wing night. We have heard that their wings are great and decided it was finally time to check it out. Their wings are whole wings and crispy, which is a nice change of pace. I got their wet Cajun sauce and garlic butter wings. The Cajun did not have a bold enough flavor for me and their sauce is too thin. The sauce was also thin for the garlic butter, but that is more expected. They were better than average, but I don't like seeing all the sauce resting at the bottom of the boat. I would definitely come try this place out again to sample some of the other items on the menu, but this will probably not become a regular stop for wings anytime soon. read more

The owner got a flat tire by our Southside Motors dealership yesterday with a full load of stuff for the bar/restaurant. I helped him change the tire on his SUV...he was a super nice guy and hooked me up for helping him...He had to leave his tire here and had his dad pick it up today and he brought with him 3 dozen wings and they were awesome... Our sales staff loved them...whole crispy wings ...we had hot-seasoned and wet Cajun and all were BOMB. We will be visiting this place very soon !! read more
