My insurance company hired this company to provide roadside assistance. I waited 3 HOURS for them to show up (double the time estimated). I was told they could swipe a credit card when they picked up the car. The driver who towed it did not collect the money and did not have a card swipe. Later that day I got a call from an individual's cell phone asking me for my debit card information! Of course I didn't want to give that out. I offered to pay via PayPal but they replied they "didn't have PayPal" and asked me to stick cash in the mailbox. Again, NO. She continued to text me all weekend and I explained I live two hours away and that I was currently AT WORK. As soon as I was able to, I drove two hours to take the money to my mother's house so they could pick the cash up locally. I texted the individual to let her know it was there - no reply, didn't pick up. I tried calling them - no answer. How do these people expect to conduct a mobile business without some means of collecting payment from customers? Do they think everyone whose car breaks down is sitting with the car with $100 in their hand? What a nightmare, and still is not resolved. I don't even want to think about all the time these clowns have wasted for me. read more
