Dishonest. Shady. Unreliable…read more My insurance contacted them when my car got stuck over a sidewalk. They said they would show up in 110 minutes, and almost four hours later were still a no show. The insurance would pay for their service for up to 30 minutes or $100 worth of work. Which sounded about right since I only needed a quick pull out of the sidewalk. A lady called me from this company saying that even though they can get me out in less than 30 minutes they wanted to charge me an additional $150 dollars. This felt very dishonest to me as they had agreed to a deal with my insurance. But since they had me waiting for 4 hours they knew I would be exhausted and desperate to get it done. I almost did it but they also said it would be an additional hour and a half before they came, making my total wait time 5 1/2 hours. I cancelled with them and called another company who showed up in less than 45 minutes. I'm going out of my way to leave this review so that they don't get to do the same thing to me to someone else. Never again! Save yourself the trouble and hire another company.

I was told they could swipe a credit card when they picked up the car. The driver who towed it did not collect the money and did not have a card swipe. Later that day I got a call from an individual's cell phone asking me for my debit card information! Of course I didn't want to give that out. I offered to pay via PayPal but they replied they "didn't have PayPal" and asked me to stick cash in the mailbox. Again, NO. She continued to text me all weekend and I explained I live two hours away and that I was currently AT WORK. As soon as I was able to, I drove two hours to take the money to my mother's house so they could pick the cash up locally. I texted the individual to let her know it was there - no reply, didn't pick up. I tried calling them - no answer. How do these people expect to conduct a mobile business without some means of collecting payment from customers? Do they think everyone whose car breaks down is sitting with the car with $100 in their hand? What a nightmare, and still is not resolved. I don't even want to think about all the time these clowns have wasted for me.

It did take a while to get to us but they were really busy - lots of stranded drivers in the area at the same time. I have contacted this office at least 5 times trying to get their insurance information to file a claim or to verify if they already filed a claim since I was the victim and their driver was the offender. I keep getting the run around, no return phone calls and receptionists who are unprofessional, unhelpful and uneducated when it comes to helping the situation run more smoothly. On one of many calls I was told from one of their receptionist who answered the phone that "they", whoever they are, were told by their insurance company that since their tow truck driver didn't get the ticket that they're not liable. Well making a phone call to an insurance company and only telling a part of the story and neither giving the complete facts nor filing an incident claim to benefit on your end is not telling them the truth. Yet another deflection from responsibility. Whether he received a ticket or not, this is untrue and simply a lie. It clearly states on the police report that I am the victim and he was the offender. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see who's at fault and liable for the damages. The police told me that if any driver driving on the Georgia roads is driving down the road and anything falls off their vehicle whether it's something they are hauling, not secured down in the back of their pickup truck or an engine part that fell off their vehicle while driving and it causes damages to another motor vehicle, YOU ARE LIABLE. It's the law. Point blank period. In my case their tow truck was towing another vehicle and lost a piece of his carburetor, that landed right in the middle lane of 285, while he was driving down the road. I couldn't swerve in time to miss it because I was in the middle lane and there were cars on both sides of me. I had no choice but to hit the object or turn into another car, hit them and cause another car accident. That could have been a very bad situation. Maurice's Towing is totally responsible for my damages to my car and refuse to give me their insurance information to get the damages, which is underneath my car, fixed which are over $4,000. Jaguars sit very low to the ground are very expensive to repair. It's been over a week now and I'm going to give them one more chance to handle this professionally. The insurance information that was given to the police officer was incorrect or I would have just contacted the company myself. I'm sure they do have insurance if they are towing other customers cars around. I just want mine fixed! My next and only option is to file with my own insurance company and we'll both sue this company. I'm sure they don't want to get sued so it would benefit them more if they stepped up. Signed: I just want my car fixed.

SCAM/FRAUD ALERT Myles Truck Repair Atlanta Commercial Truck Sales…read more AUSTIN BRICKMAN! PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE "Business owner" who hides behind a phone! The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a so called business owner! Austin Brickman sold us this vehicle March 8th KNOWING that there was a hole in the block covered up with JB weld and REFUSES to take accountability and make things right! March 8th we paid someone to travel almost 10 hours away to pick up this truck as described to be a new engine, runs strong but smokes when running.. ok got it. Can we drive the truck back home with it 9 hours or does it need to be towed back? We was told it would be perfectly fine to drive back home! 2 hours later, the guys are on side of the road with what seems like something is on fire! They ran the wire harness between the turbo and the exhaust! Then not only find the wires on fire but a hole in the block of the engine that was supposed to be new! The hole was covered up with JB weld and after two hours of driving it finally gave out! We tried reaching the owner for several days and we have not heard a thing from him until days after he reversed the stop payment we had placed on the check! His defense is that we signed a "as is" form but in reality this is just some dirty work that he is continuing. He was selling this truck off of his personal account and I see why!! A child that took over his dad's business is running it into the ground! Reviews prove it and I wish I would have seen these before purchase! There is a lot more words I'd like to use but I'm going to try to remain as professional as I can! Austin finally called Justin back after several days went by on March 26th and talked and FINALLY realized his faults and agreed to make things right by just sending a block to replace what was messed up... A full week goes by and Austin is back to ignoring us without a simple text or a 5 second phone call! April 3rd Austin decides he will not talk on the phone like a man and sends my husband this sad text saying he is no longer settling anything that he bought the truck "as is"! What a ..... HAVE YET to receive the title that was suppose to be next day air to us and here we are almost a month later & NO TITLE! I hope his dad sees this and takes back over his business because his son is sure to run it in the ground! All he sees is $$$$! Doing wrong to people will not get you anywhere in life! We gave him a whole month to do the right thing but here we are! We have talked to several of his workers and manager and the only one that doesn't see any wrong in this is AUSTIN! Go figure! God don't sleep!!

It started off great with the shop manager Kevin given me a break on the cost for being a return customer. Initially, I felt like the staff were courteous and seemed to really valve my business. After my vehicle sat in their shop for 2 months (March-May 2022), and after I spent over $2,500 on repairs my vehicle was returned to me in the same condition I had given it to them. I broke down 3 miles from the shop on my way home. I immediately notified Kevin less than 15 minutes after I left their shop of the breakdown and was told that someone would call me back. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! The vehicle broke down 3 times on my way back home the same day it was supposedly repaired. I decided to sue Myles Truck Repair and 4 months later, "I WON A JUDGEMENT AGAINST MYLES TRUCK REPAIR" on March 16, 2023, and now they are playing games by deliberately delaying my payment. I encourage everyone who've experienced this kind of unfair practice to do what I did, "SUE THEM". It may take a while to get your money, but at least others will know what kind of repair shop this really is and avoid the massive headache I had to endure.
