In the mean time, I was blessed with having a great conversation with Lia. She was willing to have a great conversation while I waited for my item to be finished. Before I knew it, Reagan was finished attaching the "Sloth" charm to the bracelet and my conversation with Lia was fantastic!! Thanks James Avery, but most of all, thank you Lia and Reagan for making this one of my best visits yet to James Avery. You all are The BEST !!!

I was told twice that my account had been paid in full and that that would be the end of it. At one point they leaked my information to someone pretending to be them and attempted to collect payment from me. Oddly enough the fraudulent text came exactly when my next bill was due at the time. Kay jeweler was evasive and denied having anything to do with it. I've never been able to get ahold of anyone in charge of billing over the phone so i sent a detailed email to there customer service department explaining the exact situation. That email was sent a month ago. I never heard anything back and i keep getting billed more and more. I would choose ANY other jeweler over kay jeweler. Still looking to have the issue resolved.

I went in, not knowing exactly the best brand of jeans I was looking for. I gave them my approximate waist measurement and length and that's when Justin stepped in and worked his magic. He was amazing! It's hard for me to find jeans because I have a small waist and bigger back region and he guided me to the brands that had the stretch in them. The next question was if I wanted high-rise or mid rise. He explained both to me very thoroughly and I ended up picking a pair of rock and roll sculpted high rise jeans. This has to be the most easiest shopping experience I have ever had. To be able to walk into the store as soon as the doors open and leave out of there before 9:15 AM, SCORE!!!! thank you so much, Justin for your amazing customer service today! I will be back!

I stopped by this intriguing shop on the way out of town…read more My first impression pulling up was "hmmm... nooo... this can't be it." I thought it was a hair salon initially. That said, I very much enjoyed my visit to the beauty supply. The owner was very friendly and quick to help. I didn't see what I was looking for initially but the shop was quiet and felt very inviting. Also, she had some super cool products. Most available anywhere but, I did see this really cool 24K gold condition and hair shine. So naturally I had to buy it. Anyways, back to the visit, even if this wasn't the only store in Kyle,TX , I would still recommend this place. In addition, they offer many different types of discounts available. Much more than I've ever heard before. At the moment, it appears the shop is still amassing supplies. So it was less there than say a B&P. But, if they don't have it during your visit, ask about it. The owner was more than willing to order what I needed. For me, this shop is hands down worth a visit. By her actions and the way she interacted with me, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. As well as being clean and orderly. I also confirmed, the store hours listed are in fact correct as well.

I had Jysella (no idea how to correctly spell the name) but I love my eye brows, and I feel like she really took into account what I said I liked. I didn't have an appointment oops, but she was able to squeeze me in which was awesome. I even got home and my fiancé noticed something different (he knew I went to the make up store but not sure what all I got) he said my face looked nice. That was a very pleasant surprise. I feel like they frame my face very nicely, which is specially important when your face is round. I had a quite positive experience and would encourage others to go check this place out!

My experience was unfortunately very disappointing. I spent $200 on a brow lamination and lash lift, and the results were not what I expected. Please note I did not ask for a refund because I felt it was a losing battle after the results started to fully show. I posted a picture of a proper lift on my eye next to what I received. My lashes have been shedding significantly since the appointment, and my brows appear over-processed and uneven. I did brush them in the photo I had taken that's posted below to ask ChatGPT what to do once I noticed what was going on the next day. I do have naturally curly, fine hair, so I understand that results can vary, but the level of damage was noticeable and unexpected. In fact, I later went into Ulta, and the brow technician there kindly took the time to help correct my brows without me even asking, which really highlighted how much they needed fixing. Overall, I wish I had chosen a different provider for this service, as I regret this appointment and the damage it caused to my brows and lashes. This is absolutely a common experience here from the other reviews so don't be like me and just listen to the people who already made the mistake please, or call any other business that specializes in lashes and brows and ask them about amazing lash and they will collectively tell you to avoid at all costs because many clients come in with bad experiences from here.
