    Hammered Hoop Earrings

I had a broken hoop earring I had bought at James Avery previously. I live out of state and came across one of many James Avery while in town. Thankfully I went to the one in San Marcos, at the Palms because treatment was top notch. Not only did I have my one earring repaired, but both of them, as it was suggested that the same issue would happen to the other earring. We went in late in the day and our flight left early the following day and they were able to make accommodations to make sure I left with my earrings the same day. Thank you to the jeweler and Tasha for making my experience a wonderful one!

I was so happy to go and purchase this ring from James Avery! I've been looking at it for about a month! Finally made the $$ with my Color Street business. I was greeted kindly with a masked employee but inside two workers were helping and it's just not the same as it used to be. Happy for the purchase but my prayer is things will be back to a normal so everyone can be happy again.

I took the diamond to get it looked at and tested next door at Zales and it is our original diamond. Zales is now doing our repair the correct way, by replacing the entire crown that holds the diamond, for $125 less than what royal jewelers charged us for the repair that only lasted 14 hours. Zales also took multiple photos of the diamond and gave a full description of the ring and diamond when they took it from us. They emailed us a copy of everything and they take additional photos when we pick the ring up to compare to the intake photos. This is how business should be done in the jewelry business! THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM! THEY STOLE A $2000 DIAMOND FROM US! We took my wife's diamond ring into Royal Jewelers to have it repaired. The diamond needed to be reset into the setting. Within 14 hours of getting the ring back, the diamond had fallen out again. Luckily, we were able to find the diamond, but when I took it to two different reputable jewelry stores they both told me that the diamond I had gotten back was a CZ, not a diamond. The store gave me a refund for the repair cost, but they are not owning up to stealing my diamond, they just figured we would never find out except they did such a bad job on the repair we had to get it looked at by other jeweler shops. I've already filed a police report and we are in the process of working with an attorney. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I said no again and asked him how much my chain was worth. He said there was no way to know that because it came free with the necklace. How about weigh the chain and multiply times the price of gold.?!! They will take advantage of you and not think twice about it

First,…read moreupon entering the store, the staff promptly greeted me and listened to my concerns about the broken links. I spoke with Ryan, who was very attentive and assured me not to worry, the bracelets would be fixed. I was glad to learn they have an in-house goldsmith who handles all repairs, so this brought me peace of mind. Upon inspection, Raymond told me I should hear back within a day or so with an estimate. Lo and behold, I did receive a call back quickly and approved the repair cost. The repairs were completed within the estimated time frame. However, during the repair process, one of the bracelets (18k gold two-tone) lost a diamond on the top facing side of the link. Not to worry, said Ryan, they would fix it at no charge. I got a call the next day that it was fixed. I walked over, only to discover that now the bracelet was missing another diamond on the inner-facing side of the link. This particular bracelet holds a sentimental value to me due to its design and because it commemorates a milestone memory. Diamonds on the top links and double-sided with an inscription underneath. Each link contains the same inscription underneath with one diamond stone per link. Anyhow, once I pointed out the issue, Ryan assured me they would fix it, at no additional cost. I was expecting a call back perhaps 2-4 days later but to my surprise, I got a call the next day that my bracelet was ready. Upon careful and close inspection, the bracelet was repaired perfectly. The other bracelet (18k white gold) had no issue and was repaired perfectly the first time around. Overall, I was very pleased with Ryan and the staff's exceptional service. Kruger's will now be my go-to place for all repairs, and I will definitely come back as I have my eye on a lovely diamond bracelet.
