I walked in and was greeted by a couple of employees. One lady was familiar to me as I remembered her from a prior visit to store, her name was Laurel. I walked around with my bag in the cuff of my elbow. This one particular employee who did not greet me kept looking at me, as I walked past her she was trying to look in my Jos. A. Banks bag as I walked by, it was freaking obvious. I stopped at a rack and looked at the clothes and guess who was close by. As I went to the counter to pay for the various earrings that I was going to purchase, oh the bill came up to $175.00, the associate was at the counter talking to another customer who was checking out. As I finished my sale, I asked Laurel and the dark haired assoc. who the woman was and she said that her name was "Liz, she's the owner". I told them that I wasn't feeling her and that she was trying to look inside my bag as I walked by. Liz made me feel very uncomfortable today. I guessed she assumed that because I'm a BLACK female that I was going to steal. I left the store and was hurt and angry. I still may call up to the store. Liz made my usually happy experience a stomach turning experience today. This was the first time I saw her as I have not seen her in the store on previous visits. I have been to the Skippack location which is closer to my house in the past with NO issues. This is the first time that I was humiliated at the Horsham store which is close to my job. I love the merchandise at Head Over Heels but it's not worth the humiliation of being followed or looked at suspiciously. Sadly this will probably be my LAST visit at the Horsham location. I may be done completely especially if Liz is the owner of all of these stores. Racism is alive and real.

When asked what other pharmacy had medication in stock? I was told to call around and let them know. It is not their job to look at their other Walgreens. I guess she could not locate or see the other stores availability of medication nor attempted to find another option. That is suppose to be the customers job to do. Switched to CVS pharmacy instead. A bigger chain of pharmacies and had no problems doing the leg work and calling Walgreens to transfer everything over. Did not ask me to do it for them. Walgreens officially lost my business. Customer Service is not what they do. Sincerely, Irate customer.

I asked them why didn't you guys inform me my clothes were ready for pickup and they said "maybe you put the wrong number". Wasted my time because the store is run by 16 yr old girls who just sit there and gossip all day. Unfortunately all the Plato's closets are like this and if your a man then don't even bother going to any of them, there all just "trendy" girl clothes stores now and the selection they have for men is stuff no one would ever wear that they charged $50+ for. Sucks cause Plato's used to be for boys and girls and now it's just for teenage girls. DO NOT GO TO ANY PLATOS CLOSETS IF YOUR ARE A GUY

The prices are always reasonable, which is why my wife and I buy certain things here. For me, it's their boxers and tank tops. For my wife it's their workout clothes and sweaters. Some negatives from a recent visit. The store was absolutely trashed. I'm not talking about a few shirts on the ground. I'm talking about dozens of clothing items on the floor in a single section. Like a full layer of clothes across the floor below each of the racks. You'd think they'd put enough staff onthat someone could at least collect what fell on the floor. Also, one kid seemed annoyed that he had to call next when there was a register available. You realize we can see an open register 30-40 feet away with when there's 10 people standing in the way. Overall they have good deals, but there usually a small hassle, whether it's the lines to pay or try on clothes, the mess of the displays, or grumpy customer service. Just not the best location.

HOWEVER, Old Navy (at least the one in Airport Square) mixes sale and non-sale item on racks labelled 30% and 50% off. So, the person picking up the clothes assumes all items on the rack are on sale. That turned out to be not true. I did not find out until I got the register. When I asked the woman behind the counter, she seemed surprised that I thought all the items on the rack would be on sale. VERY DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. Please be aware of this as you will have to put half the clothes back unless you are willing to pay full price. Will not be returning to Old Navy.
