Working with Bear to design the perfect ring was a breeze. He took a picture I had as inspiration and designed exactly what I had in mind. His recommendations on stone size, the width of the band, etc were spot on. The coolest part was getting to try on a 3D printed model of the ring with the stones inserted! It is a true Jeweler's. ie There is no middle man. You work directly with the jeweler who will be fixing or making your piece. I was a wreck about needing it cut, but my finger was changing colors so it needed to happen. The staff in Bernie Robbins went above and beyond; it was the best case scenario in a terrible situation. My ring was my grandmother's from 1953 with an engraving from my grandfather and the jeweler was very careful to preserve the ring. When the cutting slightly effected the engraving he took it upon themselves to weld the ring together so that everything lined up while I waited a bit of time to get it resized. When I asked how much I owed they said no charge! I couldn't believe it, I will 100% be going back for my jewelry needs (I already brought my husband in to show a new band I like)!
