Sparkles, random rainbows and unicorns! Can you imagine a world that's all shiny? If you can handle some sparkle then let's go shopping! I have not been in a Claire's since I had the twins ears pierced. That was a long long time ago . It's been too long . I'm here seeking the perfect gift. And after just wandering in, I found what I needed and way more than I wanted. Unicorns, unicorns, and more unicorns. So many unique little things that an individual can put together and make the perfect gift . I found so much fun for a dear individual. They even had a gift bag that had unicorn themes in stock . What a treat? This store is so small, if you blink you might miss out . The store does not have over stocked shelves but they are organized . The sales clerk was busy making the store look nice and let me shop until ready to check out. Keep looking for that special gift, maybe try a Claire's for your unicorn unique gift item. All that sparkles does shine here. read more

Absolute worst service!! We were shown where the glasses were, big sign $5 for sunglasses. So we take the clear glasses to the register and the clerk says $20 . I said the sign says $5. She said "that's for sunglasses" and just stares at me. I said well they are mislabeled then and she still says nothing! We leave and find the glasses next door for $5 and then my niece sends me this showing the clear glasses are in fact considered sunglasses by Claire's and that they are supposed to be $5. No wonder Claire's is going bankrupt! read more

What: brought my teen daughter here for ear piercing. Cost: $70.99 for April birthstone ("diamond") 14k white gold studs and it includes cleaning solution. Service: Yaz was very helpful, kind and empathetic because my daughter was nervous and I really appreciated that. I called ahead to make sure that two workers could pierce her ears at the same time. The other worker, was very unfriendly and gave me a bad attitude. I think it was because I asked her how much it would be and she said $80. I said I noted on the website it was $70.99 and showed her that $80 is if I wanted the Rapid solution and I didn't want that. Anyway, she somewhat warmed up later. This employee cleaned her ears and used a pen to make the mark. Yaz took the time to review her work and carefully measured and re-did her work to make sure it was perfectly matching in placement. I really appreciated her meticulousness. She also asked me if it looked ok. Then they counted 3-2-1 and it was done! Very happy with the cleanliness as they wore gloves. I don't know if Yaz is the manager, but if not, she should be promoted as she has a way with customers. She cared. The other did not. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Maria a few days ago at this Eastern location. We came in to get my son's ears pierced and she was so awesome! Extremely nice and patient with us. She gave me peace of mind that he was in great hands and she also eased his nerves with her understanding and willingness to answer all of our questions. What an awesome experience. Totally recommend this location and thanks again for your amazing customer service! read more

My mom wanted her ears pierced and the only place I could think to bring her was Claire's! I got my ears done here as a kid too and it was super nostalgic. The girl was super kind and we were done in 15 mins. Super cheap and you get a pair of earrings! Well technically but any earring and you get a free piercing so it's up to you. Thanks Claire's!! read more

I came in here a couple weeks ago to get my child's ears pierced. We dealt with Jasmine. She was wonderful; explained everything, helped us with the jewelry choice/pricing, and made my child feel comfortable with the whole process. Great customer service. Would absolutely recommend! read more

Late on this review BUT, better late than never. Just would like to give a huge shoutout to Maria who was extremely great to my wife & I as we wanted to get our daughters ears pierced. Our daughter is only 5 months & we know that it requires a lot of patience & great customer service especially towards babies & that's exactly what she gave us. Their hours did change so we waited outside until she unlocked the doors for us & we let her know that we had an appointment for an ear piercing. She wore a mask & gloves, guided us to choose earrings for our daughter & helped us fill out the paperwork. She was extremely patient with our daughter as she moved a lot trying to get the piercing just right! Overall, she was very positive and helpful & Gave us nothing but a great & trusting experience! Would highly recommend if you're looking to pierce your kids ears!!! Thank you again. read more

It's great for easy, quick ear piercing, but the customer service is terrible. I've had two piercings back to back. They offered me two bottles of solutions, which I didn't think I would need but after many weeks my ears are infected after the healing process should have happened so I went back and asked for another bottle specifically the one I declined if I could have it or have it instead of a free pair earrings and they said no that they had to charge me $20! read more

When my pediatrician told us they don't offer ear piercings at their office anymore, I was very hesitant to get my daughter's ears done here, but I'm so glad I did! Princess did such an amazing job! She was sooo patient with my one year old and also took the time to make sure the placement was exactly where I wanted them. They turned out so perfect and so beautiful! She was so great with my daughter! Thank you so much, Princess! What a great experience! read more

On 3/22 we here to get my 6 yr old grand daughters ears pierced. We made an appointment online. The woman working the register also did the piercing. She was very calm and gentle. My granddaughter started crying after the first ear but the woman was so patient. Thankfully we were able to get the other ear pierced and after my grand daughter calmed down we got to shop and get 20% off our purchase! I don't know if Claire's trains their employees how to handle difficult children but this woman did a fantastic job and we couldn't be more pleased! I would recommend this location to anyone wanted to get their ears pierced! read more

Friendly and helpful staff. I like this location, easy to get in and out without having to deal with crowded malls.

Princess did my second hole ear piercings and she was great! Definitely recommend going to her, she's patient and makes sure her marks are good before piercing. She was also very gentle and sweet! read more

Located in the target plaza tucked away in the very corner, this is a solid spot to get any accessory you need. I needed a lanyard for my work keys since my old one broke. I asked the sales clerk where they would be and she pointed me to the selection they had. There were a few but for $10 each, I wasn't loving any design. After wondering around the clearance section, I found one that had "adorkable" written on it and was on sale for $2!!! Score!! They had a ton of cute wallets, necklaces and clutches as well!! I'll definitely be back if I'm in need of a quick accessory. read more

whoever the manager was is extremely bitchy and seems to have low customer service. I got my ears pierced and she made the earrings too tight. it's impossible to take off. waste of 35$ dollars. never coming back here for anything. get a new manager as well. read more

I went here the other day to have my 4 year old daughter's ears pierced. I was extremely nervous about it but Whitney was awesome. Came in to get my 3 month old daughter ears pierced. Shanika was our piercer and she was very nice and patient with us. Originally, I didn't like where she placed the dots but she explained why it was better in that position. My husband gave his approval on the placement so I went with it. I am very glad I went with the placement, it's perfect! Shanika took her time (actual time for everything took about 20min or so) and when it got the the piercing part did it very quick. We are so pleased with shanika and the store location read more

I went in yesterday with the idea of getting my ears pierced again. The young lady who helped me was great. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in and of course I then decided to get the piercing. The whole experience was wonderful. Couldn't be happier! read more

So I lost the receipt for the nose ring that I wanted to exchange, came in yesterday 1/10/17 around 7pm and the manager who was working at the time was very nice. I forgot her name but she was the same lady who helped me out the first time I went in to buy some nose rings. Manager didn't ask any questions, had a smile on her face and great customer service. We can in about 10 minutes to closing, asked if they could pierce our daughters ears and even though they were about to close they were nice enough to do it. Great customer service, we will be coming back. They pierced both of my daughters ears at the same time which was very easy. They heard nicely and she has beautiful earrings now. Very satisfied, thank you Claire's! read more

I bought a few iPhone cases, all of them were packaged neatly and nothing to show that they were previously used. Got home and opened one and there's visible scratch marks on it. Normally wouldn't complain but I paid full price and the worker didn't mention anything to me about them being used. read more

I tried to search all over yelp for information on baby ear piercing, and really didn't come up with any solid advice or reviews so I'm writing about mine for any other moms out there. I was really hesitant to have my 6 month daughter's ears pierced. Everyone told me to have her pediatrician do it (they didn't offer it at the office), or go to a tattoo and piercing parlor (all of them I called wouldn't do a baby), so I decided to go to Claire's. I had called the day before, and the girl over the phone was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. She was patient with my 20 questions and assured me it would go fine. Jessica pierced my daughter's ears and she was absolutely wonderful. She went over details of what she was going to do, the products she was using, and how to care for them afterwards. My baby barely cried, and her ears were pierced right on the little dots. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Jessica! read more

Dana was very helpful and sweet. I enjoyed shopping there! Great customer service with good attitude makes me want to go back :)

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I Walked in this location in Silverado ranch hoping to by some new accessories for my daughter and I. It was at least 40 minutes until closing my daughter got excited about all of the cute things in the store so she would grab something and show it to me. I told my daughter kindly to put it back on the shelf where she got it from. Keep in mind the little girls is 6. As we are browsing the employee says to a 6 year old girl in a disgusted tone of voice. "Please DON'T make a mess I'm trying to close the store down!" First of all she wasn't making a mess she just didn't put the product away facing forward or perfectly straight. Secondly there is a way to go in asking! She could have totally phrased it without being rude and a rude attitude about it. I'm in customer service and clearly tonight she forgot what that means! I will not be making purchases here anymore! this happened 3/29/16 at roughly 7:20pm. read more
