So many unique little things that an individual can put together and make the perfect gift . I found so much fun for a dear individual. They even had a gift bag that had unicorn themes in stock . What a treat? This store is so small, if you blink you might miss out . The store does not have over stocked shelves but they are organized . The sales clerk was busy making the store look nice and let me shop until ready to check out. Keep looking for that special gift, maybe try a Claire's for your unicorn unique gift item. Absolute worst service!! We were shown where the glasses were, big sign $5 for sunglasses. So we take the clear glasses to the register and the clerk says $20 . I said the sign says $5. She said "that's for sunglasses" and just stares at me. I said well they are mislabeled then and she still says nothing! We leave and find the glasses next door for $5 and then my niece sends me this showing the clear glasses are in fact considered sunglasses by Claire's and that they are supposed to be $5. No wonder Claire's is going bankrupt! read more

What: brought my teen daughter here for ear piercing. Cost: $70.99 for April birthstone ("diamond") 14k white gold studs and it includes cleaning solution. Service: Yaz was very helpful, kind and empathetic because my daughter was nervous and I really appreciated that. I called ahead to make sure that two workers could pierce her ears at the same time. The other worker, was very unfriendly and gave me a bad attitude. I think it was because I asked her how much it would be and she said $80. I said I noted on the website it was $70.99 and showed her that $80 is if I wanted the Rapid solution and I didn't want that. Anyway, she somewhat warmed up later. This employee cleaned her ears and used a pen to make the mark. Yaz took the time to review her work and carefully measured and re-did her work to make sure it was perfectly matching in placement. I really appreciated her meticulousness. She also asked me if it looked ok. Then they counted 3-2-1 and it was done! Very happy with the cleanliness as they wore gloves. I don't know if Yaz is the manager, but if not, she should be promoted as she has a way with customers. She cared. The other did not. read more

My mom wanted her ears pierced and the only place I could think to bring her was Claire's! I got my ears done here as a kid too and it was super nostalgic. The girl was super kind and we were done in 15 mins. Super cheap and you get a pair of earrings! Well technically but any earring and you get a free piercing so it's up to you. It's great for easy, quick ear piercing, but the customer service is terrible. I've had two piercings back to back. They offered me two bottles of solutions, which I didn't think I would need but after many weeks my ears are infected after the healing process should have happened so I went back and asked for another bottle specifically the one I declined if I could have it or have it instead of a free pair earrings and they said no that they had to charge me $20! read more

Late on this review BUT, better late than never. Just would like to give a huge shoutout to Maria who was extremely great to my wife & I as we wanted to get our daughters ears pierced. Our daughter is only 5 months & we know that it requires a lot of patience & great customer service especially towards babies & that's exactly what she gave us. Their hours did change so we waited outside until she unlocked the doors for us & we let her know that we had an appointment for an ear piercing. She wore a mask & gloves, guided us to choose earrings for our daughter & helped us fill out the paperwork. She was extremely patient with our daughter as she moved a lot trying to get the piercing just right! Overall, she was very positive and helpful & Gave us nothing but a great & trusting experience! On 3/22 we here to get my 6 yr old grand daughters ears pierced. We made an appointment online. The woman working the register also did the piercing. She was very calm and gentle. My granddaughter started crying after the first ear but the woman was so patient. Thankfully we were able to get the other ear pierced and after my grand daughter calmed down we got to shop and get 20% off our purchase! I don't know if Claire's trains their employees how to handle difficult children but this woman did a fantastic job and we couldn't be more pleased! ATTENTION!Do not buy there nose rings.They are extremely dangerous and to small for the nose..One went through my nose and up my nasal cavity.It made me choke and got lodged in my throat.They refused to pay my emergency room bills and ongoing treatment .Just like there asbestos makeup.Another bad product.They are awful!!!! read more

Located in the target plaza tucked away in the very corner, this is a solid spot to get any accessory you need. I needed a lanyard for my work keys since my old one broke. I asked the sales clerk where they would be and she pointed me to the selection they had. There were a few but for $10 each, I wasn't loving any design. After wondering around the clearance section, I found one that had "adorkable" written on it and was on sale for $2!!! Score!! They had a ton of cute wallets, necklaces and clutches as well!! I took my daughter here to get her ears re-pierced since the girl at the Claire's in the mall failed to tell me to keep earrings in at all times for 6mos. Princess helped me and my daughter. Came in to get my 3 month old daughter ears pierced. Shanika was our piercer and she was very nice and patient with us. Originally, I didn't like where she placed the dots but she explained why it was better in that position. My husband gave his approval on the placement so I went with it. I am very glad I went with the placement, it's perfect! Shanika took her time (actual time for everything took about 20min or so) and when it got the the piercing part did it very quick. I tried to search all over yelp for information on baby ear piercing, and really didn't come up with any solid advice or reviews so I'm writing about mine for any other moms out there. I was really hesitant to have my 6 month daughter's ears pierced. Everyone told me to have her pediatrician do it (they didn't offer it at the office), or go to a tattoo and piercing parlor (all of them I called wouldn't do a baby), so I decided to go to Claire's. I had called the day before, and the girl over the phone was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. She was patient with my 20 questions and assured me it would go fine. Jessica pierced my daughter's ears and she was absolutely wonderful. She went over details of what she was going to do, the products she was using, and how to care for them afterwards. I went in to pick some items out and the two employees working (the only employees) were at the door outside smoking their vape. I could of stole stuff for all they knew. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I Walked in this location in Silverado ranch hoping to by some new accessories for my daughter and I. It was at least 40 minutes until closing my daughter got excited about all of the cute things in the store so she would grab something and show it to me. I told my daughter kindly to put it back on the shelf where she got it from. Keep in mind the little girls is 6. As we are browsing the employee says to a 6 year old girl in a disgusted tone of voice. "Please DON'T make a mess I'm trying to close the store down!" First of all she wasn't making a mess she just didn't put the product away facing forward or perfectly straight. Secondly there is a way to go in asking! She could have totally phrased it without being rude and a rude attitude about it. I'm in customer service and clearly tonight she forgot what that means!
