I'd rather come to this Bath & Body Works than the one at the mall because it's a bit bigger and I feel like it's a little less crowded. Walking in, there is always someone at the front to greet customers and see if you need help. They also tell you about any sales or new items they have to offer. The store is organized fairly well. I don't really come here for anything else other than hand soap. This section is easy to find and has all the scents that they would normally have. There is soap in the special sections, so you will have to walk around the store if you want something in a special collection. There are a few registers and checking out is pretty easy. read more

We had a wonderful experience at Bath & body Works today. They deserve/earned every one of the five stars that I'm giving them. The customer service was friendly, helpful, and they offered the right amount of attentiveness. The store was fully stocked and flawlessly organized with a bountiful supply of scented candles, hand sanitizers, lotions and sprays to choose from. I always enjoy all of the lovely non-overbearing fragrances in the air when entering any Bath and body Works. Although I don't shop here for myself, it's always a treat to bring my girls/lovely ladies by and watch their faces light up when they re-up on their favorite/must have fragrances as well as new ones that they spray, sample and fall in love with on the spot.... It's a girl thing I guess. Full transparency, due to the holidays I assumed that there would be a great/grand sale going on. so I was a tiny bit surprised when the tab came up to about $200 at the register, but you can't put a price on happiness and for those smiles I would have to say it was well worth it. read more

I stopped by here this past Thursday to finally exchange some products. B&B has always been great with their exchange policies. Sometimes over time their lotions can get a funky smell & no longer smell as fresh & good when they're first bought. They have always allowed you to bring your lotion in & exchange it for a new one without a receipt. Same with their body sprays. I have been holding onto a couple items that I needed to exchange in the trunk of my car as its been a long time since I've been able to find the time to stop in @ a B&B. This was my second time in this store & I must say my first time was a way better, friendlier experience then my second trip here. I was greeted right when I walked into the store. I had smelled something really yummy & had inquired about it. Was told it was a candle, as I looked around for it I couldn't find it. I asked again & then was told it was on oil, strawberry one. I still couldn't locate it but I was so interested in buying it but the lady never offered to show me where their oils were located & I never came across them. I was so intrigued by all the new scents in the store I thought, maybe I need to go to the counter first to talk to them about exchanging my products. It was odd cause the same lady that greeted me when I walked in was the one doing the counter too. Any B&B I have ever been in has had more the one employee on the floor, she was the only one. So I set my lotions & body sprays on the counter. Told her how they had gotten that funky smell. I had one lotion I bought in a tax-free state that I actually had the receipt on. I told her that I didn't want any money that I just wanted to exchange them out. At first she tried to tell me that my receipt was too old for me to exchange it for another lotion. Too old??? It was from Oct. 2019 & there has never been an issue with exchanging a product. Come to find out she thought it was too old cause it wasn't from NV. She told me one of my lotions was almost empty & I couldn't exchange it. I was like "OK, just throw it away then." This surprised me cause there's never been a policy on how much could be left in a container. There was still some lotion in it but whatever. She then told me she wasn't sure how much I was going to have to pay with my exchanges, she said it all depends on how much they are charging for the items. I thought this is odd cause that has never been the case. So she scans all my items & it comes to a zero balance then it turns to .36 cents that I owe. I asked why I was being charged for that, if it was cause I bought the lotion in a state where there was no tax & now I'm being charged for it?? Couldn't think of why this was & she told me "yes." How is it when you exchange one product for another, costing the same do I now owe some money???? It was such a odd experience this day. Later on I was talking to my aesthetician about this visit & she even questioned what had happened. She thought maybe this lady was new. That's what I was thinking, new & not so experienced yet & since she was the only one working in the store she didn't have anyone to ask. Its sad cause as I mentioned I had a wonderful experience my first time in this store. I won't go back here if I ever have to exchange any products in the future. read more

When ish barely started to get crazy with COVID-19, I was on the hunt for hand sanitizer and couldn't find it anywhere. I was stalking online inventory at other stores and no luck. And then I remembered that BBW sells sanitizer! Duh!! So I started calling every store around me numerous times a week and finally this location had it. The nice employee over the phone did warn me that they only had half a case left and it was going fast. So I literally got in my car after hanging up the phone and drove there. Luckily I don't live far, so it wasn't a hassle. Of course the store was very clean and organized and I was greeted at the door by a friendly young lady. She asked what I was shopping for and when I stated sanitizer, she directed me towards the back. Luckily I got there just in time. There were maybe 50-60 bottles left. The limit was 10 per customer since they are tiny bottles, so I grabbed my 10 and paid for my items. There were also 3 other customers looking for sanitizer as well, so there was almost nothing left. The cashier was very friendly and told me all they've been selling is sanitizer and how I got lucky. I did feel super lucky because about a week later, BBW closed down and all purchases are now online only. So yay, I got my sanitizer and it smells good. I keep one in my purse, in my car, there's one in my bf's work bag and one in his car as well. We only have 3 bottles left from the original 10 I purchased, but I'm just happy I was able to score some. read more

For the first time since I began shopping here, I had a horrible experience today. When I entered the store, I was greeted by Cynthia. She was a pleasure and very helpful. When I reached the register, Chris was not helpful. I had a coupon that wouldn't open fully on my email. Chris was rude and not willing to help. She accused me of trying to use a coupon that wasn't for bbw. Then she told me it wasn't good until next week. I left and came back with my coupon open. I spoke with Mekenzie, who was very helpful. It shouldn't have been so hard to use a bbw coupon.... Chris made it so difficult with her attitude. It makes me not want to go back to that store! read more

I have always liked Bath & Body Works...since middle school! I did not think much of this store initially but after shopping here during the first day of the semi-annual sale and then checking out another store in Texas, this one was so nicely laid out and had much better sales and scent options. I did not buy much here because I was limited to a suitcase that I traveled with, but most things during the sale were 75% off and I could find what I was looking for from the beginning (fall scents). I wish I could have bought soaps for $3 but who goes to Vegas to buy soap? I saw someone buying crazy amounts of soaps which is awesome but....weird (it was a guy, maybe that is why I thought it was weird haha). I used to hoard the pumpkin soaps when I could get them too. Anyway, even the exterior of this shop is cute. This was not in The District when I lived here but it was very colorful and inviting when I walked by so I even dragged my dad in here (much to his dismay, but he did buy me some body spray!) read more

My friends and I love Diedra, the store manager. She is the queen on problem solving. She will always try to make the customer happy. As far as the products go..........well...........there are very few that I care for due to my sinus issues. Unfortunately whenever I really like something they discontinue it. To my taste, most of the stuff is too sweet smelling....ick. The store is beautiful and located in The District and surrounded by good shops and restaurants. Green Valley Ranch Casino is across the street from the District and Sephora is there too !!! 2 of my favorite places to visit.
