I finally found a similar pair of earrings I wanted to buy my daughter upon piercing. These were different from the piercing earrings since she already had existing holes. The ladies were patient and friendly as I looked through their selection. They had a buy one get o half off sale but I really did not see anything else I liked for my daughter since she is still young. I ended up just buying once pair but still got a free pair of stainless steel ball earrings. I doubt she will ever use them since I am more of a white gold or gold fan but hey, it was free. I went to this place to get my baby's ears pierced. When I arrived, there was a lot of ladies working & they didn't even acknowledge me until this blonde lady with glasses looked at me & I told her that I wanted to get my daughter's ears pierced. She wasn't friendly whatsoever. I told her that my friend bought an earring there for my daughter as a gift & she was told by someone who works there that we could use it for piercing. Her reply was, "oh I don't know who would tell her that because that's not even for first-time piercing". & showed me earrings that are used for piercings. As I was looking at those earrings, I saw the same exact one that my friend got for my daughter. So I just decided to leave cause 1. She was being so rude, 2. the customer service was bad & 3. I didn't trust her to pierced my daughter's ear anymore just by how she was approaching the situation! I am quite upset because I really wanted to get my daughter's ears pierced there using the earrings that my friend bought her from that place. Brought our 15 month daughter in to get her ear re-pierced since her pediatrician's office totally screwed it up. I'm leaving a review bc I didn't find much info when I was trying to find a place to pierce my daughter's ears. Took my 5 y/o in for ear piercing today. My daughter insisted to get them even though I told her it would hurt followed by watching YouTube videos. After days and days she still wanted her ears pierced. Didn't want to go to Claire's or Icing. Found Pagoda on Yelp. Called ahead to make sure they would have 2 assistants and they said they would. I didn't even get the young gentlemen's name. He was polite and informative. My family walked up to the counter. Daughter picked out her 14k earrings. My husband signed all the papers and they gave us the ear cleaning solution pack with verbal & written instructions. My daughter asked if she could sit on my lap. They cleaned her ears, marked the site, we sang twinkle-twinkle-little-star, and then she had earrings. Trying to be a big girl she tried so hard not to cry. They gave her a sticker, pencil, and lollipop. Her little bro got a lollipop too for moral support. We brought Tylenol and headed to the food court for lemonade and pretzels while she tried so hard to fight her tears (I told her it was ok to cry). She chewed her Tylenol and had her snack. About 30 mins later she felt much better. I'm glad we went here instead of somewhere else. I wasn't sure if I should try a tattoo parlor but I don't think a needle would have been appropriate. My daughter probably would have walked out looking like a pirate. I tried looking for a pediatrician with not much luck. Would I go here again? Yes, I would. Thank you to the 2 assistance.
