I also found everyone to be friendly and courteous. I never once felt out of place. I e-mailed my artwork to Cody, and he did a fantastic rendition of the original art. I only waited a few minutes before being brought into the shop for my ink on the day of my appointment. I was in the chair, for about 1-1/2 hours, and all I can say is Damn!!!!!!! Cody, you did a fantastic job on my arm! I will definitely will be back for more.

The woman that did our tattoos was very fast. I got a super simple tattoo, after it has healed I realized it's not the best, even though I asked for the most simple design. Luckily it's small and I put near my other tattoos so if you don't stare at it you can't tell. Also, their tattoo minimum is $60 which felt like too much for what I got.

All I had to do was create a collage of doodles that fit together and give it to Steve for him to proffessionalize the drawing onto my right arm. The color in the tattoo still sparkles and I love the reaction I get from people. My next tattoo I want to get will be a female on my left arm in similar fashion to the one I already have but different colors and the moon instead of the sun. I hope Steve still works there because I was needing to use him one last time and if only I knew if there were new prices because I believe I paid $120 for the one he put on me the last time I was there. All I got back was "none of our artists are looking to do anything like that right now." Like I understand tribute tattoos aren't everyone's cup of tea, but at least explain your answer. That one response was all I needed-- the artists don't care about the customers or their business.

They will keep attempting to get you to spend more money (part of their job) even when you say "I don't want that" multiple times. The piercing procedure was great though. My ears were barely sore, no issues so far, and they provided a cleansing solution free with the piercing (which you only buy the earrings for). I am sad that they don't do any upper ear piercings, I was told they can only do the lobes. for this I have to say 3.5-4 stars.

I sat in the chair with my daughter and the lady began to put the black dots on her ears. She had to redo them like 6 times. So from there i knew something was going to go wrong. I tried putting it back in but thats impossible without hurting her! I Do not reccomend this place. Go to Claires instead.
